swedish hasbeens Women's Heart High Platform Sandal

I have three other pairs of Swedish Hasbeens but these are my most narrow. I bought my usual 39 (I'm a true 8.5) and they fit the usual way, slightly roomy and comfortable but these are by far, the most stiff ones of all and the most narrow.If they were weren't so hard to find online, I probably would have passed but this style is not available most places anymore and I just love heart shoes so I couldn't resist. I also thought the lavender color was beautiful and unique.They are so stiff, I will have to break them in for a while most likely, and the buckle doesn't even stay closed flat of how stiff the leather is (it doesn't sit well). Also, the purple color ran slightly when I tried to condition them with saddle soap to soften the leather so I would not recommend using any products such as the color is not properly dyed for such.All of my critiques withstanding, I still really love this style, the heel is just high enough, and the shape and color are very beautiful and flattering!

These Heart High Platforms are very comfortable and boy was I surprised. Out of the box I thought no way would my wide feet fit into such narrow shoes but they did and very well! I have a size 8 to 8 1/2 foot with a narrow heel and a medium wide instep with long toes. I went with the size 38 as that's my standard with Swedish Hasbeens. But I was worried this style would be too narrow and wouldn't give enough toe coverage and it turns out they're perfect. I was able to wear them immediately without going through the usual Hasbeens process of either stretching them out for weeks or sanding the leather edges down. I've owned three pairs of various styles from Swedish Hasbeens: Braided Sky High and Fredrica. The Braided had unbearably hard leather that wouldn't budge. The Fredrica were instantly wearable but the leather is very hard edged. The Heart High have the best quality leather out of all of them, by far. The leather is very soft and supple and I've been wearing them all day at work and they're heaven. Just love 'em. I highly recommend.

Too small, disappointed because I loved the style. I have another pair the same size as I had ordered, different style but they fit great! Love Hasbeens and will try again later

This is my second pair of Swedish Hasbeens, and my 4th pair of Swedish clogs. Right out of the box tonight these sandals are even more gorgeous than expected. I can't wait to pick up some olive oil tomorrow to love on them. (I got the natural color and I'm hoping for a little sunshine now and then so I can put them in the window so they can begin their journey to perfect honey color.) I know they will need some breaking-in, but it will be well worth it. I am typically a US size 7.5/8, normal width, and these fit perfectly. The heel height is just right - my other hasbeens are low heel but I think this height is better for my gait, comfort-wise. I love walking around in these. It's going to be a long winter - I can't wait until spring to take them outside! I should add I have some very sensitive feet, so comfort is really important to me.

This is my second pair of Hasbeens. I wear a size 9 so I'm also torn between a 39 or 40. My first pair was a 39. Length was fine, just needed to stretch the leather a bit. Bought these in a 40. I have more room in the toe area so don't need to stretch the leather. The shoes are adorable. Wore them all day out the box with no issues. I recommend.

I ordered an 8, which should be 39 in European sizes and got a 38

They are so very pretty in person- exactly like the picture. I'm a true size 8 and the 38 fit perfectly. Not as slim as I had read others post. But I do have more of a narrow foot. Highly recommend these. Cute & stylish. Haven't been able to wear them much as I live in a colder state. Can't wait till next year!!
