Entire page! Great little book to keep hands busy.

If your 3 yo has good fine motor skills and the patience to uncover the whole page, it could be good.

What is the scratch material made of? I worry my kids accidentally eat it

I'd assume it's non-toxic as it's a children's toy company and has to meet safety standards. It's a crumbly mess that my kids just wipe away so they can scratch more.
