It fits right on to the punching back. Adds to the accuracy of punching and kicking. No need to buy a separate dummy. Must have for all Martial Artists

High quality and very sturdy. It moves around a little when hitting it hard but overall is pretty solid.The combination with the century versys V1 is incredible. Highly recommended.

Not impressed right out if the box...
Right off the bat....MADE IN CHINA.. Looks like cheaply glued and slapped together very quickly like all cheap Chinese products. Will see how it attaches and holds up to stricking, but even the logo is smaller on this one then pictured. So far disappointed... I was hoping for a high quality item, got cheaply made overpriced Chinese junk. Unfortunately nothing similar available that I know of..
