Why did you pick this product vs others?: The price on this is very competitive compared to others so it’s a great value. It’s nice that it pretty much comes complete with the box. Quality seems pretty nice and functional. I would recommend.

I bought this to replace an old style plug on the exterior of my house. Box went right in along with a new outlet. It would have worked with the old outlet but it was gross so it all had to go. Box has adapters for just about any outlet type which was nice to see. Went on very easy with the included hardware. The box feels sturdy and not cheap at all. The tab broke off with a little force from some large pliers. Definitely cannot be done by hand. My only problem was the gasket was a little thin for my wall type. I added a bead of sealer around the back to make sure it sealed up well. Not a product issue more of a wall type issue in my opinion.

Good quality and value. I think they should add a gasket for the cover.

Bought this kit to replace outside outlet that was damaged. Great value for the money. Half the price of others, and most places do not sell a complete kit. Installed quickly, sturdier than before.
