The Best Product you can get for Pre-Sealed Polyurethane Floors
I came across the Lundmark product line about 20+ years ago and it is amazing stuff. If you have pre-finished hardwood floors there is no better product on the market - and trust me I have tried them all. The Lundmark Poly-Pro Tech sealer works in conjunction with their cleaner product so if you are planning to use this sealer, make sure to prep the floor properly with the Lundmark cleaner. DO NOT use something else to prep the floor. This is not really a wax but more of a sealer. It needs to go on very heavy and I mean very heavy. It will fill in scratches and other imperfections but only if you put it on heavy. I use a soft cloth folded over and keep it pretty much sopping wet with the sealer and do not rub it in like you are waxing a car, but more just spread it around - it will level out. If you skimp on how much you buy or use you will be disappointed in the results. It is self leveling and dries rock hard to seal the floors and leave a real nice luster if done properly.Normally I do my floors every year to 18 months or so, but sometimes I go longer it depends on how they look. If it has not been too long since the last application, you can use the cleaner at half strength to just clean the floor and restore the shine/luster. If it has been a while you can use the cleaner at full strength or more, and it will remove the shine completely so you can start from scratch. In this case it is recommended to put on two coats waiting an hour or two between coats and again, put each coat on thick and do not rub it in. I often do three coats in the high traffic areas. If you have installed pre-sealed hardwood floors, I cannot recommend this product enough. Any bad reviews are likely due to either it not being applied properly, or using it on top of sealed floors. If you have hardwood floors that were stained in place and sealed with polyurethane on top of a stain, I don't know if this is the right product for your application.A little more history if you are interested...When I purchased my home in 1986 I installed about 600 square feet of a cabin grade pre-finished 3/4" tongue and groove hardwood flooring from Bruce, which I got on a discount from the factory. It looked great for a few years but eventually needed to be cleaned and waxed. I used the product recommended by Bruce and it did little to restore the original luster and it did not last long at all. In the years following I proceeded to try about every other product on the market with varying results. They often left a finish with smudges and/or streaks and none lasted more than a few months at best. I ended up getting a lot of area rugs to cover most of the floor especially in the high traffic areas - not what I had envisioned after installing hardwood flooring on almost the entire first floor of my home.I was about ready to sand the finish off down to the bare wood and start over, but I ended up speaking with a flooring guy and he recommended the Lundmark products. As he explained it, the problem has to do with the way the wood is finished. It is not a typical Polyurethane finish which sits on top of the wood and gets real hard - in which case you can use some off the shelf product like mop and glow to clean and restore the shine. Pre-sealed flooring like I purchased from Bruce, has the finish impregnated into the wood and it is softer and more porous. Many typical cleaner waxes will leave an uneven finish that will soak into some areas and sit on top of others where it will smudge and smear. The Lundmark product is made to soak in where it can and sit on top in other areas then self level and dry rock hard, leaving a consistent shine and luster. It is engineered for pre-finished hardwood or other flooring that has similar characteristics.I hope this might help others who are experiencing the same issues I did.

We use it all the time
We live in an old house with very old wood floors. We have older dogs who have frequent accidents and eventually we'll get the floors refinished . Again. Meanwhile, we use the cleaner from this brand and also this floor finish. It's really nice and give a good protective finish. Recently, I couldn't find it locally.

Floor polishpolypro
We've been using this product for quite some time. Leaves a bright protective finish to our wood floor. Ordered it upwhen old gallon was almost empty. Haven;t used new one yet, but hope new one is as good as the old.

Incredibly easy to apply. Looks spectacular.
You won't believe how great your floors look after using this. I've used this stuff for about 4 years. I found out about it from a builder who used it on his old floors at home. I put it on with a sponge mop…with a piece of a towel wrapped around the mop head. I pour the liquid into one of those honey bear honey bottles and squirt it out onto the mop head. Really handy. Then I wipe the surface of the floor. We have a large great room with maple floors, and I can put on one layer in 15-30 minutes. (Never timed it because it goes so fast.) One application looks good, but 2-3 look spectacular…and it's so easy that I always do 2 or 3 applications. In fact, when you get done with one application, the first part is already dry, and you'll actually want to go ahead and put on another coat. Really.

Great product
I use it on hardwood floors in my home built in 1900. Leaves a beautiful shine that is lasts a very long time and is east to apply.

Great product
Product left great shine on 18 year old hardwood that had been taken care of but never re-coated. Suggest applying with spray bottle and wipe without rubbing in as per instructions. May take two to four applications but apply sparingly. Product dries in five minutes. Be sure floor is clean and dry or dirt will be sealed in.

Great Product!
Great Product !! We had a 1925 Home with wall to wall carpeting on wood floors. We removed the carpet and the floors were in pretty good shape with a few spots where the stain was missing. The Poly floor protector shined things up nicely enhancing the original wood. The spots missing stain served to give the variegated effect of a well preserved old floor.REMEMBER this product does not stain,it enhances what is already there.CAUTION:Open windows and ventilate when applying. There are powerful fumes one would expect from a Powerful product such as Polyurethane. The correct respirator mask is probably a good idea.I suspect the product would work well on wood cabinets. It made the wood water proof/resistant.
