This machine works great! My old one died and replaced it with this one. Same exact unit as the one we had from Chattanooga.

Garbage
bought this product in January 2025 and it started leaking in March, I've had E1 hydrocollators that lasted 15 years this one was garbage, trying to get a return on this for sure, expensive piece of equipment that was garbage.

I purchased this Hydrocollator heating unitThat arrived in Aug 2024 / after almost 5 months the unit quit heating! $468 is allot of money to spend for a unit that does not work!Disappointed after calling Amazon Customer service (run around) gave me disconnected phone numbers to manufacturer. Told theHigh priced item is not under warranty. Know people who have had these units for 15 plus years and they are still working great !
