Literally works perfectly! Had an Ex fiancée and they couldn’t eat the gluten. When they took it, it always worked consistently every time when they took it in advance or with the meal, and I think even if they took it after it works pretty well. It wasn’t celiacs but general gluten intolerance!!! Would highly recommend, very cheap for enabling eating yummy gluten again! Sadly, ex was a meanie abuser who was violent, but if I was still trapped in that relationship this would be a must if I couldn’t make them a gluten free meal at that time!

I use it all the time when eating anything not prepared in my own kitchen. It helps with all the classic digestive issues associated with gluten (gas, bloating, etc etc) but doesn't if you have other, non- digestive related issues. Over all good product to try.

Better and cheaper then the other brand

After getting glutened twice in one month I decided to try these. I ordered a salad and found a crouton in my salad after I was half way through it. Normally this would affect me but this time after taking a pill before eating I had no reaction. I am a believer that if you are sensitive to gluten this should help you.

I feel like this dramatically reduces my symptoms if I eat gluten. I’m EXTREMELY sensitive, migraines stomach issues etc. so if I eat something as a splurge or realize after I eat something it wasn’t gluten free I take 2 immediately and usually I end up with no issues(or more minor). This is not a cure-all if you have actual gluten issues but it definitely helps
