It takes time to attach and detach it from a bike.
Overall it’s a very lightweight and useful lock. But comparing to others I have, it takes much longer to detach it from my bike and attach it back. I wish it had a faster system. Also if you have the big size as I got, you may find that it does not sit well with some types of bikes. There’s a plenty space on my 29'’ mount bike frame, but not on my girl’s road bike.I am glad I bought it, but I am thinking about moving it to a bag to be able to use it faster and easier.P.S.: Also I haven’t found any situation when I would need to use it as a belt.

Strong and light, convenient carry options
Over my many years using my bike for commuting, I experimented with a variety of solutions, settling ultimately on the U lock due to its simplicity (effectively "one piece" and ease of carry: one bracket on my bike and it wouldn't rattle around. If necessary, I could stash it in my bag. It had a few downsides, a couple of which are the weight and lack of flexibility, but I made it work.I picked up a pair of LiteLoks (the 52", keyed the same -- I think that is a bundle) for my son to use at college. The single is fine for locking a bike to the bike racks on campus while the pair of them can be joined together into one long strap if necessary. The lock is really just one piece with the lock integrated in the strap. It is very heavy duty, but not to the point of being bulky.Understanding the caveat that "quick release" on both wheels and seat are bad ideas for a campus environment, one of the 52" (small diameter) LiteLoks should be fine. Note that he *could* use both of the locks we purchased: one to secure a wheel and frame to the bike rack and the second to secure the other wheel to the frame. He can either carry the lock in his pack, on the bike frame using the included hook-and-loop straps, or even around his waist (there was a promotion that included their "belt" kit and we received one of those). So far, I am very happy with this lock and a "silver" rating is about all we should need for the simple bike he's using at school.

Strong extreme light weight new take on a secure bike lock
I've always hated bike locks for the weight they add if you always need to bring them along and struggled with their use since the traditional U shaped are often not allow for any odd bike shape (folders) or alternative mounting situations. This lock is light weight, flexible, easy to lock and unlock, and can even be worn around your waist if you please or your bike offers no easy attachment point. Highly Recommend. Check the resistance to theft rating... Well done.

A unique and effective bike lock
I received the 70cm (27.5 inch) version from the Kickstarter campaign. I like wearing the lock around my waist when I ride. It frees up space on the bicycle frame. I also like how quickly it locks and unlocks.

Useful lock
This is quite a good useful lock. I bought the big size, so as to be able to fit round me (34" waist). It came without the waist strap, but the vendor corrected that when asked. I prefer it strapped to the bike than to me. However it scratched the bike paintwork within a mile. Not good. I've since put tape round the frame to protect it and that's okay. The smaller size would have been perfectly adequate, preferable, I think. As a bike lock it's good, easy to lock to street furniture, easier than a D lock.
