They’re Celestion Heritage 20’s(Greenbacks)
These greenbacks sound great with my SC800. I have the 5153 412 cab that these speakers came stock in. Beat the living snot out of them with my Plexis and 78 JMP 800. Now I have 2 more each in 112 cabs I use with the SC800 head.

Great British tone for less
I bought this speaker to use with an EVH 5150 III 50 watt EL34 head, I installed in the top in a horizontal 2x12 with a Scumback H 75. It sounds awesome. If you are wondering whether it is worth it to buy the EVH speaker to go with an EVH head, it is definitely worth it. It has the perfect response for this amp, it is smooth with just enough edge. I would like to get get another one, as the H75 has a little bit of harshness in the highs. The EVH speaker just sounds perfect with this amp.

Blew at 1/2 of rated power
Blew with a wire coming out of the center of the cone in the front the first time I cranked my DSL20CR to 1/2 full volume at the 20 Watt setting. Pretty sad because this speaker is rated at 20 watts. So it blows out at roughly 1/2 of its rated power? Never again.

Nice Job Celestion
I put this in my Fender Blues JR. Though the stock Eminence speaker sound fine, the power rating at 75 watts always seemed high for a 15 watt amp. After doing some research comparing different Celestion speakers. I decided on this one for a couple reasons. First, the power rating at 20 watts was closest to my amps 15 watt output. (I have read it really is a 25 watt speaker) Second, this model is still made at the UK plant. And hey, Eddie VanHalen was involved. Now for the tone OMG! Out of the box the tone is awesome. I have played on it quietly for about 9 hours so far. I can already tell the difference, there is a nice break up with distortion. The cleans are crystal clear. The bottom end and mids are well defined. Can't wait to crank it up a little. But, since I live in apartment it will have to wait till practice tonight!

Great product
Typical quality from Celestion. Replaced a blown speaker in my 12 watt practice amp. This speaker is more efficient so I had more volume. I recommend it!

Eddie's speaker
At rehearsal my speaker blew out and I needed a new one. I've heard of Eddie Van Halen (who hasn't) and I think he knows what good sound is. I don't really like the band, but I love this speaker. I put it into a Fender Hot rod Deluxe and it sounded good right off. After a few rehearsals, it sounded even better. I don't turn up to real loud levels, and if you do then this speaker, rated at 20 watts, might not be for you unless used in multiples to spread the watts around. I bought two, one for the HRD and the other for the extension speaker and they play all the highs, lows and midrange you could want. No buyers remorse.

Long Live The King “EVH”
EVH speakers, what else is there to say. They are basically rebranded Celestion G12M speakers and sound as they should!! Absolutely no complaints!!
