But with a better texture. I'm Spanish and my parents always used evaporated milk, sometimes Carnation Milk. Anyone who's had that knows it tastes quite different than fresh milk. Similar to milk that's been slow simmered on the stove for a while; which is one of the traditional ways of preparing 'café con leche.' Now, i'm not saying this milk is as good as café con leche milk, but the taste does remind me of it. Anyways, the best thing about this milk (besides it being organic and farmer owned) is that it doesn't need refrigeration until it's opened. And also the packaging is recyclable.

It's a bit expensive but like the milk quality and very easy stock up.

I like the small size - just enough for a bowl of cereal. And I love the fact that there is a long shelf life. Perfect for me.

Delicious, I% organic milk, needing no refrigeration until opened. It is well packaged, and easy to open. I do not leave the house during this pandemic, yet I never need to worry about running out of milk. This product is a Godsend! Thank you.

If you don't drink allot of milk but you have others in the fam who do this works out well. Fills lunch boxes well too. And lasts a bit longer then the normal gallon jugs(not that that is a good thing.. Stabilizers aren't healthy consumption... )

I bought this for my husband. I did not personally taste but he will order this milk again so obviously he loved it. He used it in his tea, cereals, made a rice pudding with it and just drank it as milk. Yes my husband is a wonderful cook!!
