Great product but size smaller than the description!
It's a great, beautiful and durable product. I've been using it daily without any issues. The only two issues I found with product are:1) straps are of unequal length (almost 3" difference in distance between the two straps in neutral position!)2) The product description says that its length is 45 cm and height is 35 cm whereas the product that I received has length 35 cm and height is just 30 cm!

Iam using this bag since almost 2 years. No issues at all . I used it alot like daily on daily basis. I carry so much stuff in it. No issues with zip, or cloth inside or outside.. everything looks perfect even now as if new. Best bag ever I would say. Blindly u can purchase if you want to fit in doctor files, bottles, etc... I just throw in everything... It's a perfect bag for daily wear. Go for it
