Great looking addition to my trolling and deep drop gear. Quality rod with smooth roller guides.

Recommended great customer service!
I had a small issue with a roller after first use but otherwise the rod was flawless and Fiblink offered a new one! I am giving benefit of doubt its an isolated case but will grease again regardless before first use! Build itself they are strong and caught me fish in 1000 ft of water the single time of use! I would recommed.

Great value!
Very heavy duty, well well worth the price. Did well on blackfin tuna, didn't even strain the pole.

Great rod but needs one thing.
Really like this rod. Seems well made and strong. I was setting the drag on my reel and hanged a 45lb weight off it. Held it fine and didn’t even creek. If you ever hanged a 45lb weight off a rod you’ll know how much pressure I’m talking about. I have my reel set at 35lbs at strike and very confident it will be fine. Only thing I had to do was cut off the roller tip and install a proper one. The one that comes with the reel is too low and the line will rub on the rod before the roller tip. I ordered a pac bay .250” tip. Just get a cut off wheel and carefully slice it with touching the rod too much. Once you see the black show stop. Then grab a plier and twist it off. The heat from the grinding will loosen the glue. Sand the tip clean and wipe it down with acetone. Then get some epoxy and glue on the the new tip. Perfect rod now! Shouldn’t have to do this on a brand new rod but for a the price of the rod why not. That or spend hundreds more for something else. I don’t plan on using it often. Just needed to have something for those just in case trips.

Very impressed
Very impressed with the quality to value ratio. Hard to beat for the price. Using it for LBSF matched up with a Penn 12/0.

Rod not straight/aligned
Rod is defective from manufacturer. Both rods I purchased have the same issue. When reel is mounted to rod, reel is slightly offset from rod eyes. Therefore, when line is being let out or reeled in, it is doing so at an angle. I wouldn’t recommend purchasing these rods (unless you’re okay with it being offset) until manufacturer resolves the problem.
