Odyssey FZGSPIDDJSXBL Black Label Flight Zone Pioneer DDJ-SX/S1/T1 DJ Controller Case

I used this as my "POD HD500X" Case. With some small cutting for adjustments to have everything inside the case protected, this turned out to be THE BEST guitar pedal case for the POD HD500X, if you are utilizing a Laptop.I needed something for a quick set up and pack up, when playing gigs. not to mention the looks from other guitar players when they are trying to figure out what everything does. Note that i am using the 4 Cable Method for better sound quality.PRO: you look like a Pro, Easy to set up and pack up, the envy and the WTF looks that other guitar players give are priceless. all my wires fit in the back and i have back up wires on the side, in-case my wireless system ever goes out.CON: I had to cut the wood on the side of the top Sliding shelf (where the laptop goes) to be able to close the case completely and secure the devices with padding inside to ensure that they don't move around. the Sliding shelf takes about a month or two of use to brake in to slide easily. Sucker is heavy with everything in it (should of got one with wheels)Over all: I am More then satisfied

Very durable product. Already used it at a school dance, Rotary fundraiser, and parties. Makes my DJ setup look real professional. Shipping was fast.

I don't have experience with other flight cases for the DDJ-SX, but this one does the basics. The controller fits in snug and there is a good amount of room to store extra cables below the controller. A couple issues that I have with the case is the gliding laptop stand does not move smoothly. In order to move it all the way back you have to grab it from the opposite side and lift. The black case also gets scratched very easily, mine had a few scratches upon receiving it. You can also place the top of the case below the controller to add height but there is no real grip so it slides around with any huge movements. There are also no wheels on this case which does weigh a bit heavy. I don't regret buying it, but for near $300 I would expect more.

The black Odyssey case for my DDJ-SX looks awesome! I mentioned that it is almost perfect because it does get scratches rather easily. I'm a mobile DJ and I travel a lot so there's plenty of loading in and loading out in my world. The other thing is that there isn't much room in the back of the unit for cable management. The XLR outs barely fit, you have to kind of bend the cables hard for them to pack up. The DDJ-SX itself is kept very safe and doesn't move at all during travel so that's a huge plus. If Odyssey were to add at least one more inch (if not two) to the back of the unit it would make it way better.

This is an excellent case for the Pioneer DDJ-SX. Has extra foam for S1 and T1 as well. Only complaint I had is that it has minor chipped paint on the inside where top cover meets bottom part, and a couple of dings on the outer case. Still an excellent case. Got it within scheduled shipping date, and 100 dollars cheaper than other places. About 50 cheaper than other cases on amazon. The glide table top is excellent. Now I'm able to put my NI Maschine and Monitor on top instead of the side on a table. Has plenty of room for cables on back and under.

Best case for this board by far! Pre drilled holes make ruining cables very neat and clean and this thing is durable. As a Mobil DJ I need to protect my equipment and this does the trick

its ok , but just ok, Now I've never seen a cheaper one in person but this things quality is not all that great. My ddi sx2 dosent even stay in place . its snug but not enough , it will bang the walls when carrying it so now i throw a towel in there . i also underestimated how heavy it was to. its kind of a pain in the ass to lug around. i mean the mixer is like what 15 pounds then u put it in this thing and its like 50 lbs . I think they are over rated for the price they ask

Very convenient, perfect fit for the ddjsx but a little heavy. Very sturdy and set up is very easy,good buy.........

My replacement arrived. All excited I opened it up and yet another defect. Pull the carpet and there is a nail glued under the carpet for the laptop tray.Laptop shelf had carpet glued on wrong. Other parts had minor spaces where it was glued as well. Never had issues with odyssey case before but this one definitely has its issues.

El producto llego a tiempo, muy bien protegido y sin un rasguño. le quedo perfecto a mi ddjsx2. los conectores XLR y el jack del micrófono quedan un poco justos en el espacio trasero. la calidad de la fabricación es muy buena. sin duda un producto muy recomendable.
