I super love these! You can see the tar that they take out. I quit smoking cigarettes a long time ago but occasionally still feel like having something to smoke when I'm super stressed and so I bought some Mullen and other herbal stuff and even though it's not tobacco, it still filters out the impurities

These filters did not help me other than making smoking a cigarette less enjoyable , my best quit smoking aid so far are Tootsie Roll Pops. Went from over a pack a day to less than half a pack having one of them instead of a couple of cigarettes

Very good and effective. You also get to know how much tar and toxic elements you feed to your lungs after watching it turn from pure white to yellowish, encouraging you to reduce or quit smoking.

One filter works for 3 rolled cigarattes. Works fine, but the plastic feel is not so good. Worth for the money and fast delivery. Recommend the manufacturer to make the smoking side smooth and without grooves.Tar accumulates outside on the grooves due to this.
