Keeps Insulin, etc. Cold, Even on Hot Days
This product is meant to keep diabetic supplies, especially insulin, chilled. While the wallet will need soaking in cold water more often in hot environments, it keeps medications cold for at least 24 hours before (re)soaking is needed. Don't refrigerate or freeze, but soaking in ice water is fine.

Too big
My husband uses insulin and has used a FRIO to keep it cool and on him for a few years now. We bought this one hoping it would work well for the bigger vial that he currently uses. We didn’t even take it out of the packaging- we immediately knew it was too big to fit in his diabetic bag or reliably hold the insulin. We are returning.
