Great cup that takes my abuse and constant use. No weird flavor, doesn't coffee stain too badly. Two issues: The rubber base pad has come loose/dislocated in the dishwasher a few times (I have a Bosch with steam sanitizing). The pad presses back on and stays in place otherwise. The other issues is the little "carabiner" handle/stopper was *never* trustworthy as a handle, and I cracked it after several months of use (?one of the many times I've dropped this cup?) and eventually decided to remove it altogether. It does mean I spill a bit sometime when carrying it, though it's rarely missed. It's not really a design issue per se, just not strong enough for careless use, especially not as a handle. All-in-all, I am very happy with this cup. It is my constant companion and I'm glad I got it in yellow so it's easy to find when I set it down somewhere absentmindedly!

The only downside is that it doesn’t hold heat well . I wanted a travel mug that didn’t hold heat like a stainless steel mug because they stay hot way too long but this didn’t hold heat long enough. I was hoping it would keep it warm for about 1.5-2 hours. Regardless it’s a great mug just don’t expect it to stay hot long

UPDATE: Seller's reached out quickly sincerely hoping to find out what went on with my cups. They sent me a new set, hoping it was just a "bad batch". Indeed, I was just unlucky to have received a bad batch. The new cups are perfect. The seal fits exactly as it should (and even came with an extra seal that fit perfectly, an additional sip insert, a carrying handle and a sponge!!). I am definitely 5 star happy with these cups now - and intend to order another set for the camper! Pros: Love the material, that's it's microwavable, and colors are so cute! Cons: This is kind of a biggie for me. The seal on the inside of one cup is way to big and the seal on the other was completely missing. So the lid leaks easily, even when you drink sometimes. This would be my favorite cup if it didn't leak.

I’ve been using this cup for about a year and a half, and I absolutely love it. The quality is excellent — it still looks and works like new. One of the biggest reasons I bought it was because I needed a cup with a lid that I could safely use in the microwave, and this one works perfectly! It’s also super convenient to take on the go. The size fits nicely in the car’s cup holder, and the design makes it easy to carry around. Overall, a fantastic cup that’s practical, durable, and reliable. Highly recommend!

The product was what I was looking for. Dishwasher safe, somewhat insulated but allowed my coffee to cool down to a reasonable temperature, microwave safe. However, it was leaking a small amount from the edges and the seal was not correct. When I contacted the company, they provided no response. I was about to return it but there was another replacement seal in the bag and I used that and tried to wedge it in well so that resolved the issue. But it does seem like the seal is somewhat variable in how well it works. Otherwise, now I am happy with the product.

I absolutely love this cup! The color is like a dusty grainy pink. It’s very soft and cute (the color). I’ve put boiling water in this cup and touched it after maybe 3 mins and it was a bit warm but I could grab it and walk to the car. It holds the perfect amount of tea (my drink of choice) and keeps it warm for about 2.5 hrs, in my experience. I also got these stickers to decorate and they stick like glue! I was worried that they wouldn’t. They haven’t budged and I wash this cup every day. Now I don’t submerge it in water but I have cleaned it and rinsed it with water and soap and the stickers like fine. Oh, I only use one teabag and I enjoy the strength that I get in this size cup. I also drink herbal tea, if that helps at all. Oh oh, I have had this cup lean almost upside down, and with the top lid on, it hasn’t leaked a drip! Kay, I think that’s everything you need to know to gon head buy this cup!

So far these have been mostly great. I love the colors, I love that these are (mostly) leakproof, I love that they are microwaveable and dishwasher safe. I only have two complaints. 1) The lid does have to be on very tight or it leaks from the bottom of the lid. 2) These are NOT insulated and they do NOT keep beverages hot for any extended period of time. I'm talking one hour maximum. So if you're buying these hoping to have an insulated cup, you're better off buying something else. If you don't mind having to microwave your drink to get it warm every hour or so, these are perfect.

This cup is excellent. It doesn’t leak, it’s easy to clean and keeps my drinks hot for hours. I tend to drink Lapsang Souchong and Jasmine tea. I can drink the former, do a quick rinse and then drink the latter with no residual taste. I have tried various travel mugs over many years. This is undoubtedly the best and I’m certain will last a very long time.

Love my new reusable cup. I purchased one for myself to take on my morning dog walks, and had to purchase another as my partner kept taking it to work. Really high quality, great leak-proof seal, retains heat really well. Love the black design too. Will be buying a few more for Christmas presents as so well packaged.

There are so many of theses I was not sure which to get. I am a healthcare worker I am lucky to get a break never mind have a cup of tea. This keeps my tea hot for hours so in that respect it works. Be mindful it has made me flinch as you have to tip it so far for liquid to pour and it is still hot. I haven’t traveled around with it in a bag I have no cause to. The seal is good though it can be quite tight to unscrew.

Perfect cup, great size, leak proof, stays warm for ages I’ve spend more money than this on cups and this is even better than the more expensive cups
