I have been saving this in my wishlist for YEARS! When I seen the price this Black Friday I had to get it. So far I have made a dozen loafs of bread. I did buy upgrades from Mr.Mixer to make it perfect. It was well worth the money. I did have an issue with the paddles jumping up and down while mixing so I got an upgrade to fix that. Absolutely in love with this! I’ve been using it for so many recipe as it has lots of mixing abilities. If you love cooking, you should own a Kitchenaid standing mixer. The design is very cute, it’s easy to clean and you can do so much with it! Power and speed are great! Very easy to use.

Hubby splurged and spoiled me for Christmas. I could pick out the color I wanted, which was pistachio green. I had an older, vintage-looking KitchenAid years ago that I had to leave behind when we moved across the country twenty-one years ago, and I'm not gonna lie, I missed it. Hubby knew this and decided I needed a new, updated version. This tilt head stand mixer is everything I wanted in a mixer, and then some. The 5-qt bowl attaches firmly to the base so it doesn't wobble during mixing. The mixer came with a wire whisk, a paddle attachment, and the coveted dough hook. Every time I use it, my KitchenAid mixer outshines everything else I've ever had. Cookie dough? Effortless. Batter for my homemade egg bites? Stellar performance. The eggs come out fluffy every time. I can't wait to make my first batch of pizza dough in this beauty, but I already know it will be the best I've ever had. One, because the KitchenAid made it simple, and two, because it's homemade. This will be the last mixer I'll ever need, and because it's a KitchenAid, I'm confident that it will last for the rest of my life. It's a name I've always trusted, and with good reason. Not only is the color beautiful and perfect shade so it’s not too bright and an eyesore the quality is unmatched. First Kitchenaid purchase and I will be upgrading everything in my kitchen. It has worked well with basic cake making and does even better with tallow making and bigger jobs. My only regret is waiting so long to buy one.

I haven't made a ton of things with this so, can't speak for how well it makes some things but I do now that it has worked well for the stuff I've needing mixing for. I'm also amazed at how many attachments exist for this things allowing such a variety of items to be made. Hopefully this one lasts as long for me as my nana's lasted for her too! Side note, if you don't have the ice-cream attachment get it!! I made homemade ice-cream with this and it was so easy and so good!

Cannot say enough about this mixer. I bought one for myself and have had it for over 6 years, and bought this for my sister for her wedding. Easy to clean, long-lasting and works great. Has turned my sister into a baker, when she barely could manage Kraft Dinner before. Highly recommend buying a second bowl and spatula, as it is easier to make large quantities, or even make cupcakes and frosting in a quick bowl replacement.

If you do any baking at all, this mixer will make your life easier. I've used mine to mix everything from muffins, mashed potatoes, bread, cookies, whipping egg whites, etc. It works fast and efficiently.

Have had it about 8 months, use it frequently, no trouble with it at all and it makes baking an absolute breeze! I used to wish I was one of those mums who bakes great stuff with her kids, and now I am! I have not used any additional accessories , so I cannot comment on those, but for the mixer itself and the components it comes with, its wonderful! tip: go ahead and just put all the ingredients in your mixer, you dont need separate bowls or different steps! Just add the ingredients in the same order listed in the recipe (cream the butter and sugar before adding the rest) and your cakes and cookies will turn out great.

I have had this for years. Finally getting around to writing a review (I ordered it through this seller on Amazon in 2014). The only complaint I have is actually against KitchenAid: the whisk mixer that comes standard is NOT fully stainless steel. The top of the whisk attachment is not dishwasher safe and will eventually oxidize and leave black marks everywhere. In the end, I eventually purchased the stainless steel version from Kitchenaid (it's about $50) and worth it if you're an avid baker. Now I can just throw it in the dishwasher. Otherwise the machine itself is excellent - never had an issue and all the parts are such high quality.
