this ROCKS...
got a new stainless apple watch and do stuff like reach into bags and picks up stuff and move around like most folks, buy this NOW. you will not be sorry for this purchase. got my watch this past Friday (7/24) already have a few tiny marks on it, on the sides though no one can see them I know they are there if I had had this when I bought my watch or had not worn my watch until I got it it would have been saved from life as we all know it. takes nothing away from the watch, actually makes it look very cool and you are totally protected. totally. it comes with a screen protector though I have not put it on yet as I wanted to get the look and feel for the cover. it rocks. bottom line here is you cannot go wrong with this LUVVITT Cristal Case, no I do not work for these folks, I am simply a happy client. edit a short while later. just had a conversation with Apple and they were less honest than expected. seems there are multiple issues with the 316 stainless and small/micro scratches. I have had my watch for just 5 days, it has not been a beater but used when shopping, driving yadda, yadda. no construction, changing tires or the like. I noticed these micro brush scratches. thought I would give apple a call and am almost sorry I did as Darian was a jerk and told me he had some on his too and had never been told of any issue with micro scratches on an Apple Watch. I told him to look it up and see... glad I got this case as some of my 15 year old watches look like new and they have seen some use... protect it now. NOT, it is to be expected, they will be there from the day you take your watch out and put it on so get over it nd get some really good metal polish and the proper cloth and keep it handy...

Update: same day customer service - received response within 2 hours
Update 3: After a few weeks of use, the case's clips on one side broke when I was removing it to dry the watch off. Reducing to 3 stars - great case, until it breaks. I am tempted to contact the manufacturer, but I have already received one extra case from them, and the next one might break, too. I'm really disappointed, because I loved the way this hard plastic case wrapped the entire watch, and shielded my sensitive skin from the metal. I'm not sure what kind of case I will get next, since I am reading that soft "flexible" cases can cause scratches on stainless steel - although those types are far less likely to break. If you have a recommendation, I'm all ears. Update 2: Received the new case! It is pretty much perfect - and doesn't have the issues the first one had. Update 1: I emailed LUVVITT's customer service about the case, and received a prompt reply - within just two hours. LUVVITT is sending me a case with the Milanese loop issue and tight crown movement fixed - without requiring me to return the first case. I will update this review again when I receive the case and try it out. 5/5 for prompt customer service. I really enjoy the aesthetics and design of this case. I'm looking forward to using the fixed version. Original review and problem: I read other reviews claiming the Milanese loop used to get stuck, but that newer batches of the product were okay. Well, I just got mine in the mail this week, and my Milanese loop gets stuck - I can't adjust the loop size at all. Additionally, the crown is very difficult to spin, which is not mentioned in most of the other reviews.

Better than Silicone Cases, Could be Outdone by a Cheaper Competitor
I've used this for several days without issue, though I'll note that the construction of the snap-on feature doesn't look like it would survive a swim. That said, this is a good polycarbonate case (many of the top results for Apple Watch cases are just rubber). Is it worth $15? No, but all cases are overpriced, and you just purchased a $400 toy, so don't get stingy. I wouldn't call the case 'invisible,' but it's also not offensive. It has a kind of silvery glow to it, at least with my black ("space gray") watch. All the buttons are accessible. Does it leave scratches? Honestly, I don't care. There are minor scratches on the back of my iPhone from its case. I'd rather deal with the consequences of Apple's cheap industrial design than risk losing the whole device. No one will notice or care about your little scratches on the back of your watch.

Updated: Now works WITH Milanese Loop Apple Watch
Updated 5/24/2015 Since my original review below, Luvvitt customer support reached out to me with an updated Luvvitt Cristal Case for the Apple Watch. I received the updated case yesterday with design modifications to accommodate the Apple Watch with Milanese Loop. It definitely works now very well. In fact, I believe this case is a huge improvement to the original case I received and I would strongly encourage people who did not have a good first experience to take another look at this case since the update. Before writing this updated review, I tested it for one day, including a shower with the watch and case, and it is works great. Given the EXCELLENT customer service from Luvvitt and the design improvements of the case, I updated my review from 1 star to 5 stars ******************************************************************************************************* I really wanted this case to work since it is very nice looking. However, the LOWER band/loop opening is too small to accommodate the design of the Milanese loop watch band adapter. Once you snap the two case parts together around the watch, you will not be able to tighten or loosen the Milanese loop. This is a design flaw and I sincerely hope Luvvitt will correct it (by just widening the lower band/loop opening) so that I could purchase this item again. Since I cannot use it right now, I am returning it. It might work for other Apple Watches but it does not work with Milanese Loop Apple Watch
