Where is this made? The description states "Made in Canada"

They usually are made in and ship from the U.K.

There were 3 small bars in one package, 5 packages, so 15 altogether. This was not what I was expecting. I had expected to receive 12 individually wrapped bars. I didn't complain because it's imported Cadbury chocolate from England and I wasn't cheated as to the total amount of chocolate I received.
