Great cuffs. Can take some weight without slipping. Comfortable to wear.

Multi-purpose
Great for when you need to firmly and comfortably attach your ankles to an... "exercise machine". That's right, nothing else, just an "exercise machine". Not for any other purpose, lol. There's no chance that you will be able to get your ankles free from your "exercise machine" even during extended sessions of intense "exercise".

Velcro is solid. Attractive.
The velcro is solid, and holds very well. The straps are attractive. The fabric is durable and solid. Really good price for the quality.

Ok ankle straps. Too big for wrist cuffs.
These are ok for my wife and I as ankle straps, for exercising or any other use you can think of regarding the ankles. As far as wrist cuffs go, it’s harder to manage as the “fuzzy” Velcro straps run out of the “tiny hooks” part, to adhere to, so a lot of the excess strap sticks out. It shows in the 1st photo how much of the strap sticks out on me (and it’s worse on my 5’2” wife). I personally feel it presents a hazard for exercising, as the loose/excess strap can catch and tear the cuff off your wrist when under stress/load. Also, there is very little padding. Very thin (also shown in 2nd photo).
