War Of The Realms: Strikeforce

A great companion to the War of the Realms. 3 strike teams each with an essential mission. To control the enemy's transportation, to find a hero, to hold the line.All these take place between or in the background of issues 2 and 4. Like the main story if I had one complaint it was the use of Spider-man/child. The most telling part of the book is Captain America give a reason why each member of the team is there except Spider-man. Every other characters is done really well.An excellent filling the blanks book. Lots of action as well as background. The art work is great as I would expect from and so is the story.

This little collection is the best of all the War of the Realms comics, and I include the main storyline in that statement. The first two stories actually have depth of character, something that was left out of all the other stories. They don't really provide any more detail about the War than the main storyline, but they provide depth and are just a little thought provoking. The last story is as worthless as all the rest of the War of the Realms stories, but 2 out of 3 ain't bad for this storyline. In my opinion, this is the only War of the Realms comic worth reading.
