I can't believe I didn't have these for my first 5 babies! I used these postpartum for the first time after 5 babies and they were amazing! They fit in all the right places but didn't give me restriction or tightness to cause me to be uncomfortable. It was so nice being able to toss these and get a new pair instead of having to do laundry mid recovery just to have clean underwear. These lasted a day in good quality with changing my pad frequently. Worth every penny and definitely will recommend to fellow mamas to have in their birth kit! Definitely a postpartum staple!!!

Frida Mom Postpartum Underwear was hands down one of the best things I packed in my hospital bag. After delivery, comfort and convenience are everything, and these really delivered on both.They’re super soft, breathable, and stretchy in all the right ways. Unlike the mesh hospital underwear, these actually stay in place without digging in or rolling down — even with a big pad and ice pack. I felt secure but not restricted, which made a huge difference during those first few days of healing.I wore these for the first couple of weeks postpartum, and they held up great through multiple washes (although they’re technically disposable, they’re very reusable). The high waist was especially helpful after my C-section — gentle enough not to irritate the incision but still supportive.If you're building your postpartum recovery kit, don’t skip these. They may not be glamorous, but they’re exactly what you need when comfort and practicality matter most.

I wore these undies once the ones from the hospital ran out they were very comfortable and made me feel less like wearing a diaper and more like getting back to normal while postpartum. I highly recommend getting one or two packs for the two weeks after giving birth, especially if you have a tear and you were looking for some ice packs for relief.

I don’t know what I would have done without these postpartum. The hospital provides you with something similar (I’m not complaining, I was very grateful for it) but the quality was no where near the Frida Mom and if you ever had a baby you know you just want comfort down there after. So do yourself a favor, stock up. Fits true to size.

These were better than I was expecting. Great for postpartum. Quality material very comfortable as they were soft and not scratchy at all, good amount of stretch but had a fitted feel as opposed to the ones they use in hospital that were too loose and not keeping pads in place. Would definitely buy again and will recommend to others.

Must have. Much better than the hospital ones. Stretch to size needed. Provided comfort and support without concern of leaking.

Loved them. Comfortable. Fit well. Sized like boy shorts.
