Best DOT 4 brake fluid out there.
I have used this brake fluid for years on all my motorcycles.Unfortunately, my local auto parts store no longer sells it. I found it on Amazon and breathed a sigh of relief. Quality is expensive, but far less than brake parts.I change the fluid on my motorcycles every year. When I tested the old fluid for water absorbency, it never showed more than 1% after a year of riding in all kinds of weather, from very cold to very hot with high humidity. It's well worth the money.10/26/2024: My original Pentosin DOT 4 brake fluid review hasn't changed. Unfortunately, the second order I received today had heavily damaged cans. (Photos attached.) These cans were wrapped in plastic and placed in a box with just a small amount of packaging paper between them. Fortunately, the cans are not leaking. Buyer beware of this vendor's shipping practices.

Metal case is reassuring
DOT4 spec’d fluid in metal case.I am no fan of plastic cases for brake fluid, because I am concerned about vapor transfer rates of plastic cases and the related possibility for moisture to pass through over time.

Excellent for my Subie
Works perfectly in my 1999 Subaru Impreza Outback Sport with 2.2L EJ223 engine, 4sp auto (4EAT), and front discs. Used several times to flush through some old calipers that were binding. The front passenger rotor got up to 430 degrees F (according to wireless IR thermometer) on one trip before I realized that the caliper had failed. And I realized this in the parking lot of a restaurant across town for a work dinner. YIKES! I nursed it home and it was about the same temp upon my arrival home.Upon disassembly, I had completely cracked two brand new Bosch Ceramic brake pads. They were literally crumbling. Two new calipers later and all is good in the world. Any DOT 3 brake fluid (even full syn) would have boiled. I'm confident that the only reason I didn't have brake failure was because I had recently upgraded to Pentosin Super DOT 4.In went more Super DOT 4 after I got the new calipers. Not a single issue since and all rotor temps are normal. And no discoloration of the old fluid as I flushed it out (or as I poured it out of the old calipers).
