Sizing chart didn’t work for our needs.
Got a pair of mediums for my teen and these pads are ginormous and would slide about his arms.There is only one Velcro point and it is on the upper arm( after the elbow). There is no way to “lock down” the pad to the forearm arm (before the elbow).So the pad slides all way down to the wrist with every shot.The pad construction is well made.

Run really small
So these thing run really small. Im not a muscular guy by any means. The mediums wouldnt go past my forarm. The larges i got on but they are so tight i dont even need the strap. Im 5'7 155lbs im a little dude. Im gonna keep the large ones. Wish there was an option for xl
