Chef's Quality: Wildflower Honey 5 Lb.

Excellent quality and price. I use it a lot for baking, and it really adds flavor to the finished product. I like the fact that it's a US product, and trust it's quality because of that.

I use honey in cooking, drinks, even in conditioners and soaps. I am always looking for a great taste. I have favorites that I buy ...... this will not be one, it had an awful smell and taste. Hard to explain but it was a chemically/tar taste and smell, I made my husband taste it and he spit it out in sink and capped the small jug and trashed it. Buyer beware

Very tasty honey! My only issue is that it crystalized much faster than I would have expected. I know that is a normal part of what can happen with honey, I just didn't expect the whole jar to become solid in such a short time.

Since I can no longer get wildflower honey locally and I can't see myself buying clover honey, I was happy to find this product. A very good flavor and just enough to last me until it just begins to glom up.

I ordered this honey, because it seemed like the best value quality/price, unfortunately it is not. It is hard for me to believe, that this product does not contain any additional ingredients, because it does not taste like a pure honey at all. It totally tastes like a fake honey, kinda like the one from the dollar store, maybe even worst. It has a very chemical taste. I intended to use it mostly as a tea sweetener, but even when dissolved in my tea I can still taste this terrible honey. It makes my green tea awful. Unfortunately I am going to use it, since I wasted my $26 on it. I had always been using a 100% natural honey, so I have not much comparison to honey-alike products, and I did not even imagine, that a product with a "honey" in the name could taste that bad. Not, not good.Good thing, when I finish this 5 lbs bottle, I am going to truly appreciate a better quality honey. I wish I could return it, but obviously I already opened it. I ordered Arizona Desert Wildflower Honey (Raw & Unfiltered) before, and it was very good, will go back to that one.* Update for those looking for a sweet honey on a budget: I purchased Kirkland Signature Pure Honey, 5 Pound and I hit a jack pot with this lovely honey for my teas. It is cheaper than this one (was $22 when I bought it). And it also has a great pourer cap with snap close/open, no mess with direct pouring. I am happy I found the perfect honey at an ideal price on my third try.

Sometimes you don't want everyone to know "your spot" but I have to come clean... this honey is the best honey that I've ever had in coffee! It is 100% perfect and I'm ordering yet again! _steve

The honey that I received was old and already completely crystallized. No liquid at all, all solid. It looks like the safety seal on the top of the bottle was not properly placed.

Like the flavor... not the usual clover or orange blossom. Reminds me of what I grew up with.
