Melted chocolates
I have ordered multiple times. Other than first time, I have only received melted chocolates and it seems like the ice packs are not properly frozen before packaging with the chocolates for maintaining temperature.Reduced 2 stars since these chocolates do not melt easily at room temperature but once they melt, no amount of freezing helps and they re-melt within seconds of taking out of the freezer.
