Child Cup Holder for Convertible Car Seats - Compatible with Britax ClickTight Marathon, Boulevard, Advocate Car Seats

Parents! Your search is over - Just buy this one. 14oz cups fit inside this holder about 80-85%...which is good enough for me and they don't fall out. My car seat is a Britax Marathon.

Bought this cup holder to fit on our Britax Advocate car seat and it fits! It is able to a hold the wider water bottles (like camelback). My only complaint is that is does sit a little lower than the edge of the car seat so for a smaller toddler they might have to get the hang of reaching for it. However, our average sized 3 year old has no problem. Great option instead of the Britax one that was constantly breaking off of our car seat.

Not sure how I feel about this universal car seat cup holder. The cup holder itself seems pretty sturdy and durable. Nice and thick. You can use that part by itself and just use the integrated hook to hook it on the side of your car seat, depending on model and thickness of the side. We have Britax Advocate seats and while this will hook on the side fairly well, it does tend to slip some. The action of taking a cup in and out causes the holder itself to move around slightly and eventually move enough that it gets too loose and will fall off.I have not tried to use the optional strap that comes with the cup holder yet. Using this would probably keep the cup holder in place better and prevent some of the slipping and moving. Part of the reason I have not tried this yet though, is because to use the strap, it seems as though I need to route it under the car seat itself and attach the hook on the opposite side of the seat that the cup holder itself is located on. This is probably only needs to be done one-time just to install it. The directions are also not very clear at all as to how to use it to install. I have not tried it yet also because I don't want to partially uninstall the car seat to try to install the cup holder using the optional strap and not have it work only to have to mess with the car seat again to take off the strap and properly reinstall the car seat.

Very helpful that it has the extra strap to go along the bottom of the car seat to keep the cupholder in place. The original cup holder that came with this Britax Marathon kept piping off. There’s a bit of an angle so it’s an extra reach for my son. He just turned 3. If he were any smaller then he probably wouldn’t be able to reach it. It might sit more upright with other car seats.

I didn't really like anything about this cup holder! I mean you can't beat the price but that about it. the cup holder is way too deep I had to shove stuff down into the cup holder so that my son can get his drinks in and out himself. also the part that hooks on to the car seat were made of something other than hard plastic it would be so much better because it slides around so much so so I also had to stick a glove with rubber palms between the cup holder and the case seat to make it fit and hold it in place

The only thing I really dislike about this is that it has holes. I get that it’s meant to hold a cup, which is does do. But if your kids are like mine, my 3-year-old also wants to put his toy cars, legos or pretzels in his cup holder too. This just doesn’t work for that and we both find it disappointing and frustrating. If the cup holder didn’t have holes I’d give it 5 stars.

Does not stay on our Britax Advocate.

It fits securely even with out the wrap around attachment piece. I have a Britax advocate convertible car seat and it just hooks onto the side of the car seat so perfectly and securely it’s awesome way better than the one Britax sells that supposed to be for this car seat.... Because the Britax one sucked! I would recommend this if you have a Britax convertible car seat, it’s perfect!
