This lid is 100000% worth it! It makes maintaining your fish tank SO much easier!I personally did not install the included lights as I had my own lights, but it seems like the included lights would be just as easy to install.The lid is durable, it holds the weight of my large cat whenever he decides to jump on top of my tank.The lid itself was a bit confusing to install, but it was worth the hassle. Make sure you double read the instructions so you don’t end up frustrated like I did.It fits perfectly and it functions as advertised. If you’re thinking about buying this, just do it. Very nice aquarium lid and lighting

I bought this for a blackwater setup, I replaced the light and heater that come with it. They work as backups but I most wanted the kit for the tank and the lid. Holds water. What more can you ask lol

Purchased March 15, not even June 15 and light have already blown out. They are only used for a couple hours a day. Very poor product!

This item was a perfect fit for my 20 gal aquarium. I especially liked the adapters that came with it to allow it to be hinged on the back lip of the tank.
