The majority of this book is repeating 'The Nursery Year in Action' and 'The Reception Year in Action', if you have read either of these then don't bother with this. If not then go ahead and buy, as it is full of great ideas and concepts for Early Years Practitioners who are ready to take the next step in their settings.

I recently attended Anna Ephgrave training and this book reinforces the messages I heard on that day. I would read this book if you have a keen interest in child led learning and planning in the moment.

I love this book! Its thin but that's a plus point for me, I'm not a big reader so this gave an overview of ITMP without going into unnecessary depth.I've now booked on a course to support my study and will be taking up ITMP in my setting.
