Amazing product, does what it's meant to do. Fills you up, gives you the fiber you need and aids digestion. It's not like other powders which coagulate the water when mixed but rather milled psyllium with little to no flavour which is great. You can definitely add it to smoothies without worrying about it changing their consistency. Packaging is top quality and sealable which is always beneficial and being able to get 1kg of such high quality psyllium for a price like that? Honestly most likely going to be sticking to this brand from now on.

I have been using NaturaleBio Organic Psyllium Husk for a while now, and the quality is fantastic. It has been a total game-changer for fixing my bowel issues and keeping me regular. I’ve also noticed it really helps control my food cravings, making it much easier to stick to my diet. It mixes well compared to other brands I've tried and tastes clean. The only downside: I have noticed the price creeping up every month. While I love the product and it works wonders, it is becoming a bit expensive to maintain as a daily staple. I’ve tried quite a few psyllium husk products and this is by far the best one. It’s completely flavourless, which makes such a difference. I use it in smoothies or just mixed with water and it’s really easy to take. It’s also great for baking — I use it in home-made bread making and it works really well without changing the taste but gives a better texture. It’s made a big difference to my gut health and it’s a simple way to get extra fibre in every day. Just make sure you drink plenty of water before and after taking it. If you’re new to psyllium, definitely ease yourself in don’t jump straight to a high dose. I have about 15g a day, but I’d recommend starting around 5g to avoid stomach upset. Really pleased with this, my 3rd packet, and will definitely keep buying it.

Non conoscevo le bucce di Psillio: sto provando questo prodotto (biologico) da alcuni giorni e mi sto trovando bene. Premesso che è molto versatile e può avere svariati utilizzi, io l'ho comprato per bloccare il senso di fame che spesso mi induce a mangiare troppo. Il sapore è neutro e lo si può mischiare con varie bevande, ma anche yogurt, porridge, minestre, ecc Nella confezione si legge che è puro al 99%: sembra un buon punto di partenza e di qualità. Il prodotto ha una buona confezione e l' aspetto è fresco. Io l'ho utilizzato con acqua a temperatura ambiente ma potrebbe non piacere la sua consistenza (rende l'acqua un po' torbida, ma non ho problemi a mandarla giù subito dopo una mescolata). Ne assumo un cucchiaino (ho però iniziato con mezzo cucchiaino perché temevo effetti lassativi che non ho avuto) mezz'ora prima dei 2 pasti principali o della sola cena. Sicuramente è più facile assumerlo mescolandolo con qualcosa di più consistente. È anche efficace sulla la regolarità intestinale. Il sapore neutro consente di inserirlo in diverse bevande o cibi, senza modificarne il gusto. Questo prodotto è certificato biologico e proviene da una filiera controllata in India. Il rapporto qualità/prezzo è decisamente ottimo: ne ho già comprata una seconda confezione di peso doppio.
