Ditch Your Iron: Powerful Handheld Steaming
I hate ironing and had been thinking about buying a steamer for a while. One day, I came across this model as the #1 handheld steamer recommendation in The New York Times Wirecutter section, and later that same day I noticed it featured as a Prime Day deal. I bought it immediately and have no regrets. I absolutely love it—it replaces about 90% of my traditional ironing needs and has significantly reduced my dry-cleaning expenses. It heats up quickly and is ready to use in minutes. It works beautifully on drapery panels, and the steam is powerful enough to remove wrinkles and creases from heavy wool winter coats. The steamer is well made, performs exceptionally well, and offers excellent value for the price. Highly recommend.

Works better then your dry cleaners
This is such an awesome product! Heats up quickly. Size is a tad large and on the heavier side but works easily and quickly. Works better than me taking my clothes to the dry cleaners. Plus all the money I save!

Works well, easy enough to use
Pros: This steamer works quickly and effectively. I used it out of the box to steam two Maxi dresses that arrived balled up in a bag from Amazon. It definitely got the wrinkles out (before and after pictures at the end). It took about 15 minutes to do both. The fabric was relatively thin, so I can't speak to how it works on heavy fabrics. Setting it up didn't take long, and it reached full heat within less than a minute. Operation is relatively straightforward - fill it up, plug it in, press the "On/Off" button (just above where the cord connects) to preheat, once the lights turn red use the "Setting" button to change the intensity, and press the "Steam" button to start the steam. It will continue to go until you press the "Steam" button again. Cons: It's a little bigger than I expected, and when filled it is somewhat heavier than a normal iron. The water reservoir is VERY small, and not particularly easy to fill. You have to use distilled water, which is always sold in a gallon, so it's very difficult to pour into the tiny opening in the top (see pictures). I had to put it in the bottom of the sink and waste some water trying to pour it just right. I had to refill it again after steaming one dress. Overall, a good product. Mine did not malfunction at all, and seems safe as long as it's used carefully.

Disappointing Performance & Poor Shipping – Arrived Used
The Delivery: This order arrived in completely unprotected packaging. The box was already opened before it even reached my door, making it look like a previously returned or used unit. For an "Amazon Exclusive," I expected better quality control and secure shipping. The Performance: Despite the 1875W rating, the steam output is underwhelming. The "Turbo" mode struggles with deep creases on standard cotton and linen, requiring multiple slow passes that still don't leave the fabric crisp. The Cons: • Too Heavy: Weighing nearly 4 lbs when full, it is very fatiguing to hold for more than one garment. • Water Sputtering: It frequently spits hot water droplets rather than a steady mist, leaving damp spots and potential water stains on delicate fabrics. • Frequent Refills: The small reservoir only lasts about 15 minutes, so you’re constantly stopping to refill if you have more than two items to steam. Bottom Line: Between the unprofessional packaging and the mediocre steaming power, this is not worth the price. I will be returning this immediately.

Steamer was a life saver for my wedding dress
This steamer was a life saver when it came to my wedding dress. I bought a wedding dress online that had 6 different layers and some were the tulle fabric. The dress came compressed and full of wrinkles. It took me some time to go through each layer of the dress, about 2 days, but this steamer worked so great! It is very powerful and took all wrinkles out of my wedding dress even the thick tulle fabric layers. I could have done it faster if I had someone to help me go through all the layers of my dress. This thing heats up really quick. Remember to use distilled water like it says. The size is light weight enough that even my weak arms could use it. It is small enough to also travel with it and fit it in a suitcase.

Easy to Use Effective Steamer
I use this steamer to smooth wrinkles and refresh items before wearing. I had put off buying a handheld steamer for far too long, and now that I use this one often, I genuinely wish I had picked it up sooner. It heats up quickly and produces a steady flow of steam that relaxes wrinkles in cotton shirts, knits, and lightweight pants without needing an ironing board. I appreciated how easy it was to pull out, use for a few minutes, and put away, which made it something I reached for regularly. The water reservoir was simple to fill and lasted through several garments before needing more water. The handle felt comfortable to hold, and the steam output stayed consistent during use without dripping or leaving water spots. I have been surprised by how often I pull it out to refresh clothes between wears.

Awesome Product!
This is an awesome product. I bought a different handheld steamer in the past and it was absolute junk. After reading tons of reviews on different brands, I bought this one and just decided to have very low expectations. That being said, I was hoping it worked since I absolutely hate ironing, and I'll find myself wearing work clothes that are slightly wrinkled just to avoid having to iron them. It arrived just before New Years Eve, as I was staring at a dress that probably should have been dry-cleaned, and my husband's suit which likely needed the same. I hesitantly started at the bottom of my dress to see if it would ruin the synthetic fibers (on the low setting), and it worked like freaking magic! Now my husband uses it every singe morning on his dress shirts and pants that cannot be dried or dry cleaned...and my mother in law was so impressed that she bought her own. We've used it on a lot of different types of fabrics so far, and it's worked on all of them perfectly (and without damaging them). Highly, highly recommend.

Not as good as an actual iron or dry cleaners but excellent for "I made an effort" casual
This steamer won't create a freshly ironed/straight from the dry cleaner 100% wrinkle free effect, but does an excellent job for day to day, 'I made an effort' look. It depends on the fabric... I ordered this for next day delivery after I realized a shirt (synthetic fibers) I wanted to wear to an event the next night had fallen off the hanger and had been sitting and gathering wrinkles. Usually I wash on gentle in a garment bag, and if I hang it to dry immediately, gravity takes the wrinkles out. I didn't have enough time to do this and still have time for it to dry completely. For a lightweight poly/cotton blend, the steamer did take out every single wrinkle. While it was hot, I tried it on another lightweight 100% cotton shirt I usually dry clean, and it took out 'most' of the wrinkles, or took it to from a point of not wanting to be seen in public with it, to it being acceptable (kind of the same state as though it had been ironed, but had been worn for a few hours). I then tried it on a pretty thickly woven 100% linen tunic that I usually dry clean but had tried to wash and hang by hand to save money. Before I got the steamer, I was about to resort to taking it to the dry cleaners, but.... the steamer did struggle a bit, but after several minutes it did become 'has been worn for a few hours' wrinkly vs creased all over with wrinkles. If I had spent a lot more time and used more finesse with it, I likely might have been able to get all the wrinkles out, but I decided this one may be one to just keep taking to the cleaner. In sum, for some synthetics or synthetic blends, it's great. For more naturally prone to wrinkle fibers, it is great for a more casual and presentable, 'I didn't just pulled this off of the floor' look. I wouldn't count on it for a more formal or crisp look for say, job interviews. Plan ahead and drag out the ironing board or take it to a dry cleaners instead. H However, If you are like me and can't stand ironing or, if you don't want to continue to spend an arm and a leg at the dry cleaner for less formal wear that could really be washed on gentle cycles and hung to dry and be fine with a quick but not perfectly crisp de-wrinkling, this is a great investment. Aside, it does heat up pretty quickly. If you give it a good couple of minutes rather than the 40 seconds the instructions say, it will be more effective. The whole to fill up the water is a bit small and awkward, but do-able with a little creativity. I didn't have distilled water on hand, but tap water in my area isn't that hard, so I'm not going to bother with buying jugs of distilled water from the store. If you are constantly struggling with lime and calcium residue in your bathroom, ya, I'd get distilled water, but if your build up is very minimal... up to you.
