Wonderful in a cream sauce on Beef Wellington. Good flavor, great texture.
I couldn't find these at any grocery store, so ordering online made it possible to complete a celebratory meal.

Used it for Steak Au Poivre
We are huge fan of Chef Jean-Pierre. He used this brand for his Steak Au Poivre. The sauce turned out great. We took Jean-Pierre's suggestion and stored The Leftovers in Cognac and kept it in the fridge. Made the sauce again a few weeks later and the peppercorns gave a bright flavor

Perfect Green Pepper Corns
This product made a wonderful green pepper corn cream sauce to accompany our beef filets. They were flavorful and brought a nice but mellow peppery flavor note to the sauce. One thing we will do next time is rinse them as they did add quite a bit of salt to the sauce. But delicious nonetheless.

Good but not my favorite
These are fine. I didn't do a head-to-head comparison, but I think the Moulin brand Madagascar Green Peppercorns were better. I will be going back to that brand or will try another.

There is no better pepper sauce without using Roland Green Peppercorns in Brine
I used the peppercorns to make a sumptuous pepper sauce to accompany a Fillet Mignon. Richard's pepper sauce.Three parts peppercorns, one teaspoon rough ground mustard, one tablespoon Irish whiskey, light with a match, add fresh thick cream once whiskey has evaporated, stir until a creamy sauce is ready.
