i wrote a review yesterday about thisproduct, after giving it another look to see if i could find out why it wouldn't play. the reason was because the stem that stops the music was pushed down in, i managed to get the stem out , so in all fairness i have changed my review, just look into the problemm with the stem and it wouldand will be a very good gift

Nice but does not play very much of the song. You almost cannot tell what song is playing because the entire verse does not play before it stops playing and needs to be wound up again.

I recently received a question concerning this beautiful gift I gave my granddaughter about what size battery does it use. After I answered that I didn't know, I remembered that it winds and is not battery operated. I personally love music boxes and wish I could find more affordable varieties. This one was fit exactly what I was looking for to give as a gift.

I gave this beautiful music box to my 8 year old granddaughter for her birthday which was Christmas day. She loves it and the song 'You Light Up My Life' is our favorite song.

Very nicely constructed and made to last for years with a sweet song. I bought it for my young granddaughter who liked it very much. It's a memory to keep. Very sweet gift. I'm glad I got this!

My mom bought this to give to my niece who has everything. She was looking for something that reflects her sentiment and this box has a nice greeting to a granddaughter and can still replace the message with a photo.

Cute little music box. Would have given it five stars, only there were a couple of small scratches on the back of it.
