I dont know how to measure pull, but the grandkids hang them like a string from one ball and make bracelets and necklaces with them. Id say pretty strong.

Q: Can you use these for kegels?

Sure, why not. Dont know how the magnetism affect the function or results. Good size.

Q: Are these good to fiddle with? Keep hands busy while watching tv?

My grandkids love these and ask to play with them. Sometimes they mix them with other magnets. A real time user, keeping them occupied.
