Stagg Bagg is < what I expected
For non-math geeks: "Stagg Bagg is LESS THAN what I expected"It's not bad, but it's not what I was looking for. I have a Super-Shallow Ovation guitar so the guitar store default bag it came with didn't cuddle and caress its body the way it was supposed to. So I did some searching for this really awesome gig bag I got for my old dreadnought acoustic with thick padding that completely ENVELOPED the guitar holding the neck and body snuggly AND providing very thick padding 360° all over my old baby. However, any sort of identification tags were lost over time. It was a "John Doe-coustic" gig bag hence making the search very difficult...It was hard finding a decent bag on Amazon, but the Stagg Bagg came up with a very good price. It shipped quickly and well before the expected delivery date... "Preemie... but in a GOOD way..."My Super-Shallow Ovation still floats around in the Stagg Bagg, but it provides excellent transport until I find the right bag/case for my 2nd child. (It's going to be tough finding one when most of the cases cost MORE $$$ than the guitar that'll go in it.) ((^_^))

Pretty Good Bag but Description a Little Off
This bag is pretty good, the padding is heavy enough to protect the guitar as much as you'd hope a gig bag could, the shoulder straps seem solid and are easily adjustable, the handle is comfortable and soft but sturdy, and the inside has a velcro strap that goes over the neck near the headstock to hold the guitar more securely in the bag. My only qualm with this bag is that the description says that there are 2 pockets, but the bag only has 1. I searched all over the bag for the 2nd pocket and was disappointed to find that it was not there. The one pocket, as other reviewers have noted, is deep enough to hold papers, strings, picks, a tuner, a capo, and a book all at once, but I like to keep my gig bag a little more organized and prefer a second pocket for the smaller stuff. All in all, a good quality gig bag at a good price, the description just needs to be changed. Would consider buying another; this one was a present.

Amazing product for the price! Stagg Acoustic Guitar Gig Bag
I received this guitar gig bag today. I had my doubts about the quality due to the price. But I must say that this product has far exceeded my expectations and impressed me. It has an excellent finish quality and a stylish look. The exterior colors are actually darker than they appear in the photo. Coming to the features, it has a nice big outer pocket which is very spacious and big enough to hold a few packs of strings, some sheet music and other accessories like a capo or a bunch of picks, comfortably. The padding on the inside is of reasonable thickness and should do its job of cushioning your guitar. I really appreciate the fretboard strap towards the top, which will hold your guitar firmly to the bag and in place. The shoulder straps are really comfortable and the handles are of very good quality. In short, I'd say that this gig bag is absolutely worth its price given its excellent quality and utility. And it is big enough as well. I have a Rogue Grand Concert Cutaway Acoustic which fits easily into the bag with a little more room at the top. I doubt if it can hold the extra large ones, but for the average acoustic guitar, this is THE bag! Totally recommend it!

Very Functional Bag
Background: I am a beginner and i had picked up a Takamine S35 guitar (an amazing value product that!) as the first instrument. This Bag:I ordered this bag after reading through some reviews and with a visual estimate that this would fit in the Takamine S35 Acoustic guitar which is a full sized fairly large bodied guitar.Finish/Value-for-money: The bag is excellent in terms of finish and looks and seems to be absolutely spot-on for the value-for-money equation.Room: The bag has enough and more space for the full sized big guitar and also ensures that none of the parts are roughed up inside + fits fairly snug that it doesnt wobble around during movement. In addition it has a nice front pouch which can take 3-4 full size guitar study books; It comes with a very useful pouch on top which can be used to carry the Tuner + Picks. It has a few easy to reach, nifty card wallet type grooves which are very thoughtfulCarrying: Has 2 handles for carrying in 2 different ways + the shoulder strap for carrying it like a backpackOverall a classy looking, well constructed bang-for-the-buck deal!!

Good bag
This bag is good. It's not heavily padded, but as long as you're not slinging the case all over the place you should be fine carrying a guitar in it. I bought it for my daughter's 3/4 size acoustic and it still fits in here nicely. Once she's old enough to get a full size this will still work for her. It has a zipper pocket on the outside to hold some music, picks, etc. It's not a huge pocket but does the trick for a few things. This is a basic, no frills, reliable gig bag.

Hope you can sew
When I got this it had a six inch strip of the zipper not even sewed in!! I had to open up the seam, insert the zipper and resew. I sew all the time so no big deal for me. Others might not be to thrilled though!! Returning stuff is a hassle because I live way out in the woods. Other than that the bag is just OK but not junk.I really don't know if it is worth the price?? Good enough protection for in the house and it does fit dreadnought sized guitars with room to spare. Too much room in the neck and head stock area for my taste. The best and tuffest lower priced gig bags I have found are Windsor Deluxe by TKL. But I went on the cheap and got what I paid for. I can live with it as it does keep off the dust.I got it for a new Simon & Patrick Woodland Pro That came with no case. Put her in there when not playing and it's good enough for that.Hope this helps someone or the company to do better quality control.

Bag is well made and does the job. Mine does not get much wear and tear as it's mainly for guitar protection and occasional travel.Great price when I bought mine.
