Worth the money.
If you have pvc pipe then you know that it moves and that you have to seal it and that the blue glue is the best to seal it as it is water proof but not so solid that you can't cut it with a blade if you need to. It is easy to use, low order, works great, light mess, mix it up and it will thin out you do not want big clumps. thin coat around the pvc pipe. dries with in a few minutes.

Plumber Recommended
Used for sealing my shower heads, in combination with plumbers tape. It was very easy to apply, and the brush was quite helpful. The sealant itself is of high quality. It's quite sticky, so try not to get it on your fingers, or you'll need warm water to remove it.

Forget teflon tape
I've been using teflon tape forever but I've just always had mixed results with it. It can work great sometimes but you have to be pretty exact with how you apply it to threads and in alot of high pressure water line situations, especially at piping close to the water source, you'll get tiny leaks with it even if you thread it in the correct direction etc. I had a situation recently where I was adding a new water line and attaching a female to female coupling to another adaptor to connect a hose spigot with a 3/4" male end to a hose outlet with a 1/2" female. Using all of these intermediary line couplings made more areas at risk for water to leak. No matter how many times I retaped all the connections with teflon, replaced and reseated the rubber washer, tightened with a wrench almost to the point of no return etc... I could just not get these connections to stop shedding water once I turned the main water supply back on. I was about to jump off a bridge. I know that you're not supposed to use any thread sealant with garden hose threads because of the rubber washer blah blah but the washer alone just wasn't cutting it. The washer alone simply wasn't compressing all of the water out and that water was still traveling up the threads after the rubber washer interface. I swapped out the teflon for this liquid thread sealant and finally got a water tight seal across both the coupler and adaptor interfaces. Thank god. Don't listen to anyone's advice. You can use thread sealant on garden hoses and might need to in some situations even with that internal washer. If you've got leaky hose connections and a new washer gasket in there still doesn't do the trick, forget teflon tape and just get this stuff. Easier to apply and works 1000x times better at blocking all the water than teflon tape.
