CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream, Niacinamide, Peptide Complex, and Hyaluronic Acid Moisturizer for Face, 1.7 Ounce, Packaging may Vary

I’ve been searching for more affordable options to replace most of my skincare routine, and saw this had tons of positive reviews so decided to give it a shot. I’m very glad i did! I’ve reordered it multiple times and still love it every bit as much. I have very dry skin, so need something heavy duty when it’s especially bad. Normally I use this overnight as part of my PM routine and really lather it on to wake up with moisturized skin. If my face is still really dry in the morning (which sometimes does still happen, especially if I forgot the night before to do my routine), then I’ll use this for the day too. If you don’t overdo it, it actually does work under makeup and foundation. I quite like how despite its strength and thickness, it doesn’t feel too heavy and doesn’t look greasy. It almost has a matte finish, even when I use a ton of it. I have not had any reaction to it, but to be fair I do not have very sensitive skin. The price is good, but the container is not very big. I do wish they offered it in a bigger size. Since I do use it generously, it adds up (but not unreasonably substantially). I added pictures of how it looks when you first put it on, and then a picture of how it looks rubbed in so you can see the finish I’m talking about. You can’t even tell it’s there visually, and you can hardly feel it either. Your skin just feels nice. Unless I magically stumble upon something else spectacular, I intend to continue using this moving forward. It’s awesome

Hi, oh boy, this night cream is just lovely, now using daily after shower, it has a lighter thinner texture, comes in a small container, been using for a week or so now, very effective, skin protection, I can tell it is doing something to my face, since I have neglected my face for so long, drinking up the moisture.A thin layer on my clean face and neck, décolletage area, I can feel and see the difference. This will be a slow progression for me, just started but love this night cream, using also on the tops of my hands just to moisturize that area too.I will be consistent and use daily for sure. My skin needs it. I am a lot older now and am targeting my face and body to feed it more for sure. My bad, haven't been doing it. So back in the olden days we used to call taking care of nails skin etc, primping, haven't heard that word for a long time, it just means taking time for you, and you will love it once you start. Just take care of you when you can. This is my second jar of this night cream and would highly recommend it. I have fairly sensitive, combination skin and this does an excellent job at hydrating without irritating. In the colder months, I tend to get some very dry patches of skin (red, even flaky) and this works *amazingly* well in combating that. Even in more humid months when my skin tends toward the more oily side, I still like to use it for spot treatments and in my under-eye area.Pros: Love that this is fragrance-free (can't believe how many facial products still use artificial fragrances!) . The texture is very creamy and goes on pretty thick, but also soaks in fairly quickly. Despite the thick texture, that this is non-comedogenic means I haven't had to deal with any clogged pores.Cons: None.

I’ve been using the CeraVe Skin Renewing Night Cream for a while now and I’m genuinely impressed with how well it moisturizes. My skin feels soft, plump, and hydrated for well over 12 hours , it’s perfect for overnight use. One of my favorite things is that it layers beautifully with other skincare products; it doesn’t pill or disturb anything I put on underneath.However, the one downside (and why I gave it 4 stars instead of 5) is the smell. I’ve noticed with this and some other CeraVe cream moisturizers that after a few days, it starts to develop a slightly metallic scent. Not sure why that happens, but it’s noticeable.Overall, it’s a fantastic moisturizer with great ingredients like niacinamide and peptides, and I’ll likely keep using it , just wish the scent stayed as neutral as it starts out.

I’ve been using Cera Ve night cream for roughly five years now. I honestly can’t get away from it even if I tried. I have dry skin but when the weather gets cold, it gets even drier and flaky sometimes (never had this problem when I was using Cera Ve). Last winter, I thought I should try other brands other than Cera Ve because who knows I might discover something even better. I tried a few Japanese and Korean moisturizers and it just wasn’t enough. It did help in the warmer seasons but not winter. I bought la roche posay triple moisturizer lotion. Yes it does moisturize and I can physically see it but I don’t feel it. My skin just feels like a Sahara desert. The feeling of having dry facial skin was annoying me so much. After spending a lot of money on new products and it didn’t help, I decided to go back to Cera Ve. After a night of using it, the feeling disappeared. Wow would you look at that. The answer has been in front of me the whole time. I was spoiled by the cream for the past years that I didn’t realize how good it was. The thick consistency really helps lock in the moisture and it is way more effective than anything I used. I do say, my sister who has oily skin wasn’t much of a big fan of this. She said it makes her skin oiler and didn’t do much. I’m guessing this product is more suitable with people who has dry skin.
