Start slow
This gave me a lot of good energy and focus during the day but when I laid down to sleep my heart was racing and had a ton of anxiety. I thought it was just too strong but I cut the tablet in half and it happened again. I Won’t be able to continue taking this but I would recommend it for people who can.
