Very good for menopause

Took these for 2 weeks and could tell a difference in energy level and in general feeling better. I split these in half since there are so many capsules to take. I take half in the morning and half at lunch. Pricey but worth it.

Absolutely love this pack!! I've been loading up on these supplements for over a month now and I've never felt better. My body is happy & my immune system is in great shape!This blend is so much more beneficial than any multi-vitamin I've seen. Some of the herbal supplements in this pack are literally life saving/extending and hardly anybody knows about them. Its also pretty convenient to throw in your pocket or purse.My only complaint about this pack is that somewhere along the way the boxes are being handled roughly, because every pack I've opened (on my second box now) has a little vitamin powder coating the outside of the pills and the inside of the packet. It's not a deal breaker by any means, but if you're taking 9 pills, it kind of sucks if they don't go down too smooth because of the powder. This isnt necessarily the sellers fault so not knocking off any stars for that.

So nice not having multiple bottles or having to sort them each week!

I have used these vitamins for over three years now. I can feel a big difference when I forget to take them. They really do contribute to your overall well being when taken daily along with a high dosage calcium, magnesium, zinc supplement.

Been taking this for a long time and so far helps me. I’m 72 years old taking care full time of my two American mix bulldog puppies and full time gardening quite expensive but works for me

Pure Encapsulations used to be a trusted brand recommended by all kinds of Healthcare professionals. I’ve taken these vitamins for several years with excellent results (5 stars)! I got my husband, mom and stepdad on them as well. We’ve all had a great experience with them. Toward the end of 2018 the women’s Pure pack were out of stock for several months. Once the products came back in stock, it became very clear that what I received is no where near the quality that it once was. In fact, something was changed that is causing my interstitial cystitis to flare. I immediately took to researching online to discover that Nestle bought Atrium Innovations, the company that makes both Pure Encapsulations and Garden of Life products on Dec. 5th, 2017. From what I read, it can take companies anywhere from 12-24 months to begin cheaping ingredients to increase their profit.Still in denial, I stopped my Pure pack for over a week and my interstitial cystitis symptoms completely went away. I started them back up, and the symptoms immediately returned.I looked up another Pure Encapsulationd product on Amazon and sadly found recent 1 star reviews from people that had taken that product for years and years when nothing else had helped. However, they were saying it was no longer working like it once did. It is obvious that Nestle is cheaping up the ingredients for more profit and we are suffering. Shame on you Nestle for ruining an amazing brand of vitamins! I will be switching brands.

After one week of taken the vitamins, I can feel the differences, I feel GREAT all day, I usually feel my back is hurting after time of the month, and cramps, now I feel less cramps, AND no more pain after, BEST product! Getting my 2nd month supply now :) TRY IT!The only thing is sometime the package is missing one pill, for the one month supply so far about 4 packs is missing one pill..Hopefully they can fix this matter! thank you!
