Tipp Ex Pocket Mouse Correction Tape 4.2mm x 9m - Display Box of 10

I love these I used to buy only 6 of them in the WHSmith Store or in my local Tesco Extra supermarket. I wanted to buy 20 of them, but due to the Pandemic, they are limiting stock with everything, including food and drinks items and even with other stuff like this, even pens too. But at Amazon they offering 10 tip-Ex Mouse for a 10 mouse pack that is amazing. So I thought to get 2 packs of ten. And I was pleased I do a lot of spelling mistakes and I write on pen and paper. I hate the thought of wasting ink to scribble out a word you spelled wrong. & I use a lot of Tip-ex. I used to use a lot of the Tip-ex pens and the tippex brush. The brush takes ages to dry and for me it is a time waster. And the Pens do not come out properly or they get stuck and when I press it wets my page and I have to recyle it and re write all my notes all over again from my experiences. But when I first got the Mouse it was easier to use and I get my notes down and I got more time for other things in life. If other people like the pens and brush that is fine with me, this was my experience from my College years. The Mouse for University Students or people who have jobs this is a useful item.

Am using these to blank out a small paragraph on 500 booklets, but there is no guidance as to the best way to use them.Sometimes the tape works, sometimes it jams, sometimes it twists, sometimes it just doesn't work. It also doesn't like overlapping an existing "white-out", and the guides will sometimes scrape off the existing.I spent a LOT of time with tweezers and magnifying glass realigning the tape, and also running the tape on a blank piece of paper to get it to run smoothly. I probably wasted at least 15% of the tape, and the issues easily tripled the length of time it took to complete the job.When it does work, it's good - totally opaque and sticks well (labels placed over the top won't even pull of the white-out), but it they are unreliable and wasteful. Maybe they work okay for very small jobs, but not for big ones.

These are much better than the paint-on fluids:- They're easier and quicker to apply- They dry instantly- They don't smell- They leave a very consistent and flat film with no bubbles- They cause no mess whatsoever if spilt- They can be written on top of very easily- They can be scratched off and re-applied if needed- They have a really cute mouse designOnly downside is they're really expensive. If you buy the box of 10 though it's only about £1.50 each. Plus these are the 10 m mice so it works out much much better than the 5 m mini mice that cost about £2.30 each (£4.60 for 10 m).Overall, very pleased with these and will be buying again in future.

Dues to the reason above I've marked down. Really hate companies/people that show you one thing and then don't deliver exactly as the photo shows a bit misleading. All items otherwise fine no problems but be aware just comes in a normal postal jiffy bag not a box!

I’d like refills to be more widely available to stop having to keep replacing plastic shells.They are brilliant to use though...I remember the annoyance of the old bottle & brush tipped....these mice are just superb!!I still think they are expensive & hope in the future they can make them wholly refillable!!
