Excellent High Quality feed - NO WASTE!
I am about to order this for the 15th time! I live in Las Vegas and unfortunately there is not alot of resources for our birds here in the winter months. This seed has been a lifesaver for my little friends in the back yard. It is a NO WASTE seed and does not have sunflower seeds in the shell! This means that there are no black seed shell droppings all over the place. Also I have noticed that there are NO sunflower plants popping up all over the place because any excess seed that drops is eaten by the birds on the ground. I use this in a tubular feeder with six feeding slots and it is perfect for the smaller birds like sparrows and finches. The larger birds in this area are unfortunately pigeons who really go to town on the seeds that spill to the ground. It is a very high quality food. I recommend that you pour the seed into a large plastic container with a lid to prevent any rodents for getting into this. I have not had a problem with bugs or rodents (or squirrels). When my feeder is empty, the birds come looking for me to feed them I go through an entire tube of food in ONE day - so be prepared for a daily bird frenzy. Using this consistently will draw birds to your yard. We really enjoy watching the fiesta at the feeder every day!

Birdseed for your feathered friends outside
This is a wonderful birdseed for my outside, feathered friends. I’ve purchased a lot of different birdseed, and this one by far is the best one I’ve purchased you can actually see the fruit and nuts and seeds inside the bag. I have every kind of beautiful birds. I also feed the squirrels and the bunnies with this bag. I love looking outside my window and watching our beautiful wildlife. Highly recommend.

Good seed mix
I recently started using the Kaytee Wild Bird Ultimate Birder's Blend to attract cardinals, grosbeaks, nuthatches, and other backyard songbirds — and it’s worked pretty well. The seed mix has a variety of ingredients, and I’ve seen a noticeable increase in cardinal and grosbeak activity in the feeder since switching to this blend. The birds seem to enjoy it, and it stays relatively clean (fewer shells on the ground). A couple minor drawbacks: the package is somewhat large, which can make storage awkward if you don’t have a dedicated container. Also like many seed mixes there are always a few seeds that go untouched, so you may end up with some waste depending on the birds around your area. Overall though, for anyone trying to attract a mix of common songbirds and seed-loving species, this blend is a solid, affordable option.

The birds of New England love this bird seed. An excellent variety of seeds. The bag size can be carried easily to feeders. It didn't take long for the birds to locate the feeders!

Very good quality for small birds
There ain’t no such thing as no mess on birdseed, but it was a very good birdseed. The bird liked it. I was pleased.
