These flanges work well as a replacement for the ones that came with my Spectra S1. They are a little bit longer than the originals, which means their suction is a little stronger. I wouldn't recommend using it with the Medela manual pump as the suction is too strong and doesn't let the milk out.

If you are a pumping mom, these are a must have. You can never have too many. Once you switch them out you feel like your pump is brand new. I stocked up on these and travel with them incase they go out while traveling. I would not have known the difference from the ones I got with my original pump compared to these.

Good quality! They come in a nice little case. They hold up in the dishwasher and sterilizer well. I just wish they were cheaper for what they are.

I bought these not too long ago after reading about the time frames in which certain pump parts should be replaced. Replaced older valves with these and immediately noticed a different in output with my next pump. Will definitely buy more when the time comes.

I've looked at a few of these to replace parts on the spectra breast pump my wife is using and these are the best alternative to the brand product in terms of quality and price.They seem a bit thicker and less flexible than the original parts, but it hasn't made a difference in the pump performance.Expect some milk to get stuck in it when you turn the pump off.Good product.
