Good stuff
I used this to make some clear windows in some rattle cookies that I made for Christmas. The Isomalt was easy to work with (even for someone like me who's never used isomalt before) and has a pleasant unobtrusive flavor. I did retract a star because once the cookies made it to their intended destination (two days transit wrapped carefully and thoroughly in bubble wrap) the isomalt was cloudy all the way through. If you ate/gave away whatever you were using it for quickly tho (the day of, or a day later maybe) it'd probably be fine.

Fun decorating addition
I had never worked with isomalt before, but needed a way to make glass like eyes and fire for my sons cake. This worked like a charm. You have to work quickly, but it does exactly what I needed it to do. I had some super realistic looking eyes and fire.

Lovely for Gingerbread House Windows! Burned my finger though. Ouch!
We used this for windows for our lighthouse in a gingerbread house competition. We are not experts but this was so easy to use and mold. We used the microwave method and it worked well. Just be careful! I wasn’t too careful pouring the liquid into my mold and got a bad burn. My fault. Forgot how hot melted sugar can be. Ouch!
