I found this brand when I was living in Australia, and became an instant fan of everything they make. Helps keep my skin from getting crazy breakouts like I used to. I also notice an almost immediate change in my skin, as well as digestion, within days if I don’t take them. During the time I was using this supplement my menstrual cycle got very irregular. It was painful, heavier and inconsistent even though I’m on the pill. I didn’t make the connection and was very happy with this product because it really helped clear my skin. Until I recommended to a friend who was struggling with acne and she started experiencing the exact same thing. I got suspicious of this product and stoped taking it, but this week I decided to give it another try because I still had half of my second bottle. In a just a few days I unexpectedly got my period, with all the same symptoms. So this time I’m sure this supplement was causing all of this. It is great for the skin but it’s definitely NOT safe for everyone.

UPDATE: This does mess up your menstrual cycle. I’ve been pretty regular and now all of a sudden I am not anymore. The minute I got off, I automatically got my cycle. These pills are huge! And smell pretty bad too haha. I don’t know how great they work yet, but I will say don’t take two at once. It WILL upset your stomach. Take the recommended separate dosage.

Anyone and everyone who struggles with acne or breakouts should buy these right now! Three years ago I went from basically perfect skin to daily breakouts that affected my self confidence so much that I barely wanted to leave the house. Even through my teenage years people asked me what my secret to blemish free skin was but all I did was ignore my skin aside from a quick wash with body wash in the shower and wearing a mineral sunscreen. Then just out of the blue I started breaking out horribly with both deep, cystic, hormonal pimples (the really painful ones!) and non-hormonal whiteheads and blackheads.
