I love Neoflam!
I actually found Neoflam on eBay over 20 years ago, and those pots are still my favorites are still in amazing condition. The interior coating was black, but boe I see they have changed that to gray. I’ve only had this wok for a couple of weeks, but I’m thrilled I found it, and I have high hopes it will hold up as well as my original pots. I’ve been thinking about buying the small set of the pink pots that are on an amazing sale, but have been put off by the fact that they’re pink. I’m slowly getting over that because Neoflam, which is not well-known in the U.S. is a great brand. For anyone saying they notice they aren’t quite as nonstick after a couple of months, these pots and pans should not be used on the highest heat. I do sometimes break that rule when I am boiling water for pasta and mine are still pretty much. I stick, although I do use a bit of oil. I feel confident that if you purchase any Neoflam pots or pans you will be thrilled that you stumbled upon this brand. I’ve had the few pots I’ve purchased for over 20!years and still love them as much as when I first purchased them and they still look great and have no greasy gunk stuck to them. This is a great brand. Mine are all part of the Elia designed group of pots and are red and bright neon green. You won’t be sorry if you buy this brand, but you’ll wonder why you didn’t find these or know about them sooner. I am not a spokesperson for this brand, but I’m happy to give them the kudos they deserve after using these for 20+ years.

By far the best pan I've ever bought
I've used a lot of non-stick pans and they just never last! Most of them were no longer nonstick after a short while. This pan is by far my favorite! I recommend using silicone turner or spatula to keep the pan at great condition. I'm usually cooking for 3 ppl so this pan is deep enough that the ingredients won't get spilled everywhere. It's deep enough for cooking soup, too. I also noticed that you don't need high heat for this pan. I'm usually using medium heat and it cooks as quick as my older pan at high heat. It's really easy to clean too! Just rinse with warm hot water and soap, it'll be clean as new. Highly recommended. Regretted not buying it earlier!

Super Light, real non-stick, but it takes time to heat up
have been using the pan for months. Overall, I'm very satisfied with the product quality. I was looking for a high-quality ptfe and pfoa-free pan for a very long time. Recommend by friends to this brand. The pros of this pan are super light, perfectly non-stick, and huge for cooking large-portion size dish, but one con is that it takes some time to heat up the whole pan because it's too deep and the pan base has smaller contact with the stove. It might work better with gas stove, as the fire can heat up the side of the pan.

After 2 months …..it starts to stick
After 2 months, it starts to stick. This is not a $20 pan, nonstick coating should last longer.

Next stop, order every size and type of these amazing pans!
Absolutely EPIC pan. Received it yesterday and used it twice for dinner. The very first use was for a pound of bacon. Most amazing non-stick surface I've ever owned. Bacon cooked perfectly and since there's no sticking to the pan whatsoever, all of the bacon slices stayed intact and slid around in the pan. My children commented how the "bacon was bigger" than usual (because it didn't stick and break into smaller strips). Simply poured out the hot grease, wiped with a paper towel and the pan is clean. The second use was to caramelize onions and mushrooms in butter. We all know the mess that can make of a pan. With the Neoflam 12 inch, zero sticking and amazing results again. For the final clean I swished with water, and wiped out again using a paper towel. Voilà, perfectly clean.I don't see any discoloration to the cooking surface, nor chipping or scratching after day one. I did however notice some of the paint on the bottom of the pan had developed some small chips and dings. I have gas burners with metal grates and like to slide, shake, and flip my foods as they cook (the onions and mushrooms for example) so I'd imagine over time that some areas of the paint on the bottom of the pan will eventually come off. I don't care about that, though, as long as the cooking surface survives my daily kitchen abuse. The heat distribution and non-sticking properties for this beauty were far superior than anything I've used to date.Enjoy!**Update**So, after about 4-5 months the non stick properties wore off (I still use it though). My pan sticks now for most things I cook. I have to say I was very hard on this pan, sometimes cooking with it twice a day. I sometimes ran it under water while it wasn't cooled off completely. From my research here on amazon, I've yet to find a non stick ceramic based pan that doesn't eventually lose its non stick properties :(. Anyways...I'm going to have to take some of that shine off of my original review. When you buy any type of ceramic non stick item, expect it to eventually lose its non stick properties, sometimes as only after a few months. Knocking off a star...who knows, maybe I didn't treat the pan the way I should have. Good luck.

This is our second Neoflam wok...wore out the first one.
We really love this product. Great non-stick, light weight, nice sealing top, flat bottom works on our glasstop range, lasts. We're on a second one after using our first one for years. The non-stick finally gave out and it was time for it to be Marie-Kondo retired. Bought a no-name replacement at the local cooking store but then realized how great the Neoflam was. Returned the no-name and ordered a Neoflam replacement.

4 month review - Non-stick surface OK. Lid's design flaw
4 months update - it has taken some abuse and is still non-stick at this point. There is some design flaws with the lid: 1. the vent hole is inside the knob. You can get burned when you lift up the lid. Also, the inside edge of the lid is not easy to clean. It was $25 when I bought it. I wouldn't pay $60 for it though.
