Thought it was expensive until my first sip
I've been a consumer of bone broth for years. I've spent a few winters with a simmering crockpot of bones (I got used to the smell but visitors would wrinkle their noses) before I got lazy and started trying various products of all types. I tried several name-brand quarts (expensive and usually boiled with vegetables to not to turn off first time users), and the fancy powdered concentrates (expensive, too many unsourced ingredients). Many were foul potations and some tasted good simply because it was a bone-broth-based beverage with added ingredients. Giving it one more try I stumbled upon Australian Bone Broth. I thought it was a little expensive, but aren't they all? I love the beef and bison from Australia and I'm the kind of guy who rewards good service and products with continued patronage (not you, China!), so I bought it.First impressions upon popping the lid was, wow! this is like honey. When it turned white in the mug I knew I'd found my bone broth. As an experienced bone brother one looks for the off-white appearance, the look of quality. First sip was eye opening, the beginning of an exciting discovery. This is what bone broth is supposed to look and taste like. Add your own ingredients, but drink a mug every day. I add grass-fed butter, turmeric, black pepper, grass-fed collagen peptides, grass-fed gelatin, and miso for a rich, delicious, medicinal beverage that helps with pain, creaky joints, and gut health. The most important is the base, Australian bone broth!

Love this!!!
It is expensive but worth it. I was new to the carnivore diet when I tried this and it added depth to my meals. Highly recommend!

Great product just not my style
I gave 4 stars because just about everything about this product was quality, and they delivered exactly what was stated in the product description. Why I took off one star was the taste, and some things to consider:1. The product is like thick brown molasses, but when you mix with water, the color turns a cloudy white. The smell was ok, but after about two weeks, I kind of felt like I was forcing myself to drink it.2. Here's where I docked the product a star was the taste. Yes, the product does taste like you took bone and broiled it in water, but you are fighting the amount of saltiness. This means that if I wanted to taste more bone broth flavor, I tried adding more. The problem is that by adding more, it just got over-powered with the taste of salt. I then added less, and yes it didn't taste salty, but it barely tasted like bone broth.3. I was hoping for something that tasted more like a delicious beef broth, but this is not it at all. If you add just a half tablespoon, this taste like you took some old bones and boiled them in water, and then added more water to the final product. I mean it just tasted like watered down bone or was too salty if you added a bigger spoonful.I still gave it 4 stars for the other attributes and quality of the product, but this was just not for me. Not buying again.

Wow!
Delicious. Never realized that bone broth is supposed to be this way and not in a box (nothing wrong with boxed). However this is real! Makes every dish a pleasure to eat.

Terrible
I'm really surprised that this product has a 4-1/2 star rating. I've made lost of stocks in my days as a cook and a sous chef as well as at home. This product has none of the desired gelatin that a good stock should have. It has the consistency of PL400 (a high strength construction adhesive) which would not be a problem if it tasted good. But it tastes like hot salted water, or maybe baking soda water. No beef flavor or aroma, just nothing appealing about it from a culinary standpoint. I don't even understand how you could make a broth concentrate that has NO beef flavor. I really wanted to like this product but unfortunately it will end up in the trash.

Quality Bone Broth
What haven't I made with this bone broth. Made spaghetti sauce and using this bone broth with it took out the acidity of it. Made miso soup with it. Made Vietnamese Pho with it (added some spices of course) and everyone was impressed. And, even used it as a tea, mixed 1 teaspoon with 4oz of hot water and drank it. On its own it kinda of taste like a mild miso soup if you ask me. I just ordered my second jar. The broth when mixed with water turns white. Easy to store in fridge. Easy to scoop as well even after being refrigerated for a month.

Yummy and Convenient
This broth is flavorful and nutritious! I had oral surgery and had to go on a soft diet for 2 weeks. I ate smoothies, baby food, soft veggies, ground meats and I drank this broth often. I found that I did not crave other foods so going on this diet was surprisingly easy. Now I use this broth wherever I can.

Good flavor but very mild
This broth has nice flavor, but it doesn't taste that "beefy". As well, it is not THAT concentrate. The jar says it is for 37 servings with 100ml water. I have been drinking it from a 250ml cup and I would say it's gonna last about 15 servings so it ends up being a bit pricey.
