I have been using this tablet for almost one and half years. I was using this for media consumption. Lets go with pros * Even though not Amoled screen, the quality is good for the price range * Battery was excellent * Light weight and excellent build quality * Great sound * Good for reading and online conferences * Decent processor for day to day use * Great cameras for a tablet at this price Concs * Ram and Rom should have been more * Battery performance decreased gradually * Takes a lot of time to charge it completely Some features i wished if it were there * S pen support * Quad speakers But still its worth money. At that time and in this price range i believe this was the best. You cannot expect everything for this price range. Iam happy with the product. Thank you samsung and amazon for great offer prices

Bought this for my kids online classes and I am extremely happy, below are my observations after 1 month usage: Screen size & quality : It's not AMOLED screen, but it's not bad either. screen size & display quality is very much suitable for kids daily online classes without straining their eyes. Though it's no where close to Apple's RETINA display or Samsung's AMOLED screen, but it's very close. Battery: Excellent battery backup, though it takes 4-4.5 hrs to charge 100% from 10%. Samsung should have provided fast charger with this device. Performance : Very good, no issues so far. Looks: With metal chasis looks are very premium doesn't looks like 15K device. Excellent in this area. Overall I am very happy with the product.

I like this tablet very much. I needed a tablet that has a large & good display for media consumption and some light day to day tasks. I have been using this tablet for 7 days now. 1. Display: Large 10.1" display. Very good color production. Bright Display. Enough pixel density for watching any content or reading. Great viewing angles like an IPS panel (Though it's TFT). 2. Battery: 6150 mAh battery is large enough. It lasts for 3days easily with normal use. Battery power optimization is very good on this tablet. 3. Heating issues: No heating issues, even you are playing demanding games. 4. Performance: Exynos 7904 is a powerful CPU to run this Tablet smooth. 2GB RAM is optimized well that you will feel no lags or hanging issues. You will get 500MB to 850MB free RAM in use. That's enough I think. 5. Built Quality: With the metallic finish, it feels really a premium a tablet-like you are holding a 60K tablet. Though it has a large battery, It's very thin (7.5mm). I liked the built quality. 6. Camera: Let me clear this out. From any budget or expensive level tablet you can't expect the camera quality too much good. No one takes a tablet for clicking photographs. Your mobile can do that well. But, in this device camera quality is good enough for taking Video calls or normal photos. It's not bad like other tablets. Overall, if you have 15K to spend & looking for a big display with decent performance then don't look for other tablets. This will be the best tablet in this price segment.

Got a replacement, product is good but 1st one had display issue, i was not even able to start initial setup.. like keyboard settings and all. Display is good Sound is also clear & loud.. though quad speakers would have made this tab perfect. Battery backup also fine No heating issue Edit 1 : after using for 1 month what i see is 2gb of Ram is not too bad but still 3/4 gb of Ram would have been perfect for this tab, i have played multiple games everything goes fine but sometimes u can feel the lag & sometimes it just kills background apps automatically due to less ram availablity. Soo, what i can say is 3 ya 4 gb of Ram should have been provided, atleast 3gb. For smooth overall usability. Rest is all good.

With time Samsung has finally grown to make better android tablets to compete well in terms of speed, built quality and more importantly value for money in a package. This is a good fast and capable gaming tablet for most users and Exynos 7904 provides enough speed to switch from apps making this tablet good for everyday stuff. The build is great, slim and solid, the resolution is okay not much to notice unless you are a high-resolution junkie. Interestingly Samsung manages well with these non IPS or non AMOLED screens as the viewing angle is good and also the colours are well managed for someone who likes Apple quality on-screen this makes me happy enough. What it lacks are the brightness levels which is only 250nit so not good for outdoor use under the sun. Pros: It's not Chinese and not using a Chinese processor, Samsung's Exynos variant of arm processors are good and that is an advantage Cons: It is a bit too long, good for movies but cumbersome for document editing. One way speakers which are good but watching media on this feels a bit tiring with uni-direction sound. UPDATE: After a month I find that this tablet had very bad wifi antenna, my phone are double time better than this even old gen Ipad gives better results. About 20 feet or more distance between WIFI source is bad for this tablet.
