Does anyone else have an issue with Mr. Monopoly recognizing "Ventnor"?

Ventnor and Kentucky were both difficult for this one but even though I put new batteries in it kept messing up. Then I put another set of batteries in and it recognized the names and did not mess up. Sometimes new batteries are still weak so it will cause it to glitch. This is my take on what is possibly the problem.

Have Hebrew version/support? Maybe can have in future?

I know they did a game in German. You may check on YouTube, which is where I found it in German for a friend. Not sure of other versions.
