This is the best cooler
So I have had my water cooler for 8 months and it still works great. It was easy when I received it to get out of the box and it was very well packed. It's very easy to clean just wipe the outside with a light wet cloth and its great. I have the bottom cooler and I was able to move the bottle of water in the bottom with no problem. I had more problems getting the cap of the bottle. The water comes out very easy and the hot water is very hot and has the red button so no one gets burnt. The only thing I have not done is clean it with a kit they sell. I didn't realize I have had it for 8 months. You won't regret buying it.

So happy!!!
I’m so glad I finally bit the bullet and bought this! Great quality.. as easy to set up as the video showed! Went through 5 gallons of water the first week I had it!Hot water temp is great.. cold water is cold.. I expected the ambient setting to feel more room temp but is also cold-ish..I read previous reviews where people were complaining that it was loud… But I find mine to be very quiet. It does run periodically just like a refrigerator would, but for very short periods of time and it’s not very loud. Love it and very happy I bought it!

I really like it so far
I'm very happy with this purchase so far. It's a nice looking cooler that fit perfectly in the space I have. The temperature of the cold water is perfect for me although it may be too cold for some. I've only used the hot water once, for a cup of noodles, and it worked great and I'm looking forward to using it for hot tea this winter. The "room temperature" water is actually pretty cold, but it might be because I don't keep the hot water switched on unless I need it. If you want room temp water you can use the "hot water" with the heat turned off. The only issue that I've had so far is it can be a little noisy sometimes, but you can turn off both switches at night and it's perfectly quiet. I saw reviews that mentioned taller water bottles didn't fit under the machine so I bought the shorter of the 2 options that Walmart had and it fit fine (American Maid 5 gal) but I think there's plenty of space for the square stackable bottle they have.09/18/24 - I've only had the machine a week and I'm aware of the other complaints I've seen others have. If I have any issues I'll be sure to update this review but so far it's all good.10/07/2024 - After a month of use I'll still give this machine 5 stars but there are a couple of things that bug me. First is that the noise can get really annoying sometimes. It's okay when it's a consistent noise, but sometimes it's an inconsistent vibration and almost sounds like the machine is struggling. I have the machine close to my desk so I have to turn it off at times so I can get some work done. Luckily, the water stays cold for quite a while with the cold switch off. I turn it off at night and the water is still pretty cold when I grab a glass in the morning. The second thing that bothers me is the "water low" warning light. It's a really bright red flashing light that you can't turn off. No big deal unless you have the machine in your bedroom and only have one jug like I do. I have to unplug the machine to get any sleep. I'll probably have to void my warranty to disconnect this feature.01/28/2025 - I've had the cooler for almost 5 months now and am still very happy with the purchase. No further issues other than the previously mentioned issues. I've used the hot water feature many times for tea and cocoa this winter and it works great. I live near one of the fires in LA and it was so nice to have this dispenser when we weren't able to drink our tap water. I can definitely say that I recommend this purchase and will update if I have any major issues in the coming months.06/26/2025 - 9 Months in and no further issues with this machine. I figured out how to avoid the horrible red "empty" light without unplugging the machine. You can hear when the machine is sucking up air and if you open the door quickly enough, the empty light will not turn on. You just have to keep it open until you refill the jug.

Works OK.
We’ve had this water dispenser for about 4 months now. I gave it 4 stars and could honestly give it 3.5 just because it does not dispense room temperature water. It is supposed to dispense hot water, cold water -which it does- and room temperature, but that feature simply doesn’t work if the cold water switch is on. It is a little frustrating because it is not a cheap water dispenser and I just can’t drink water when it is THAT cold! During the winter, water was so cold that we would get icy water sometimes. Other than that it works just fine.

Highly recommend!!!
This water cooler is amazing. After having a top load primo water cooler/heater the compressor went out. We are a still young 50 year old couple who lifting that 5 gallon jug over and on was getting to become a hard thing. So we looked into getting a bottom loader. Initially I bought one of the cheaper ones but man some things aren’t better on cheaper. First and foremost the thing had a plastic tubing that led into the jug and am pretty sure it gave our water a very nasty taste. Then we realized just how loud the compressor was sometimes. So I quickly returned that one, and ordered this one! First I love the fact the line is a metal piece and it has a nice click on filter that adhears to the lid after you take off the green cap. It is quiet and filters nicely. And the water is perfectly cold. Best feature is it has a room temp button on top of hot and cold. For me that’s huge I love my water room temp but like to have the good tasting water! I haven’t tried the hot yet but plan to soon! It has a nice look with a black/silver exterior. Easy to switch out the jugs. Just did my first switch out!

Very satisfied!!
Works wonderfully! I read some negative comments on this dispenser, so I was pretty hesitant to purchase it, even in the store. But I’m very happy with it! The door stays shut just fine, and it’s very quiet. The water temperatures are another great feature. The room temperature is very slightly chilled, perfect in this Texas heat, while this cold water is ice cold and the hot water is sufficiently hot (not warm, but hot). I’m very pleased with this dispenser!
