Great Replacement
I was worried it wouldn't fit my car since I have a 2003 E320 and it didn't work for some. I assume they had newer e320 models but fortunately, it fit perfectly. I broke the previous one trying to remove it to buff the trunk lid. However, if anyone wants to remove it without taking off the trunk carpet, I recommend using a piece of fabric and wrapping it all around to remove it. The most sure way to safely remove it is to remove the carpet from inside the trunk and push the little anchors out.

Should not be sold with the grill. It is a small emblem and does not fit on the grill. It is misleading

getting the old one off was the tricky part
this product was as advertised. installing was easy, getting the old one off wasn't. But everything turned out perfectly.
