A delicious irony
I like that it resembles the real thing. I plan somehow to fix mine to the dashboard of my bright red Honda Fit. Just a fun thing considering that I never shall own a MB! Be aware that the badge is too flimsy to be exposed to the elements, a fact that will be a d

Not a fan
Should not be sold with the grill. It is a small emblem and does not fit on the grill. It is misleading

Great Replacement
I was worried it wouldn't fit my car since I have a 2003 E320 and it didn't work for some. I assume they had newer e320 models but fortunately, it fit perfectly. I broke the previous one trying to remove it to buff the trunk lid. However, if anyone wants to remove it without taking off the trunk carpet, I recommend using a piece of fabric and wrapping it all around to remove it. The most sure way to safely remove it is to remove the carpet from inside the trunk and push the little anchors out.

It fit my 2006 SLK 280 just like a glove.
I purchased the new grommets when I ordered the new emblem. You have to work the grommets a little to get them in. I used a pair of lineman's pliers to finish installing them emblem. After working the 3 prongs in a little at a time, I finished pushing them in by using the rubberized handles of the pliers by working all 3 of the prongs a little at a time until the new emblem was flush with the trunk.
